From the beautiful entry into the building to the well-designed details of the apartment, every need is thought of and all are beautifully fulfilled from M&S coffee and tea set up to beautiful linens and top end appliances.

Great reception, really felt cosseted, warm and cuddle. Only the soft bed was on the soft side.

Great communication and support by owner. Fantastic standard, great location with parking, quiet but close to city centre and main travel routes. Will look forward to further stays.

Staying in Aberdeen for sporting event with daughters. This apartment was stunning, everything was to a very high spec. I discovered things I never knew you could get in M&S. There was every possible item you could possibly need and we were cooking and eating in everyday. Great to have the dishwasher and washer/dryer so convenient. Everything was spotlessly clean and we felt very safe both in the apartment and in the area which is beautiful by the river and very quiet. We were only 5 minutes from the city centre and 10 from the aberdeen sports centre. 3 minutes from a huge retail park with supermarkets too. Richard was a lovely host, very attentive and fab communication. Definitely would return and would recommend to anyone to stay. Beware you might want to buy all the lovely gadgets for your own home though! The coffee machine was my favorite. The colour changing lights for my daughters.

Superb communication, amenities galore, beautiful location, lovely, comfortable property We came to Scotland to see the sites but were tempted to stay in. The bath had mood lighting, music, and a tv. Great for soaking after a long day of exploring. I’m not a bath person but it was so clean and inviting Attention to detail is an understatement. Appreciated the Canadian flag as part of our welcome Anytime we come to Aberdeen we’re staying at Marks @ the Manor!

Right next to a beautiful river where people take peaceful walks. Light and bright main room. Lots of tech in the rooms if you're into that. I would stay again.

Our first time in Aberdeen and we very much enjoyed our 5 nights away. The property was immaculate and to a very high standard with everything and more you would need. Richard was very helpful and informative and we will definitely be staying again. Loved the wee touches including M&S essentials

Second stayed here and again was fantastic and richard is just an absolute gentleman, place in brand new condition like the girst time i was there.

Better than a 5***** hotel. This place is great. Beautiful, modern. The host is fabulous. If you are passing through Aberdeen... which I also highly recommend.... Stay @ Marks @ The Manor. Oh I forgot to mention.... it comes with a wonderful expresso/cappuccino maker and a set of breakfast and snack goodies.
