よかったです。ホテルのスタッフはゲストに対してわかりやすくてフレンドリーでした。

部屋の香りが気に入りました。朝食メニューは工夫が必要です。

Bathroom drain is choke. Water takes whole night to flow off. Body foam also empty.

Everything was excellent except I was requested for a mountain or city view but yet I got room 414 which can see anything because it 's inside the building.

Extra comfy room. Very suitable for family and children. Swimming pool very child approve.

Very bad experience here. Arrived here at 3pm but room is not ready. Then suddenly the deposit RM100 have to pay by cash or credit card ONLY. 4 booked 4 rooms 4 rooms. Haih soo messy. Seriously The nearest ATM is at Selayang Mall. Can you imagine?

1st room that I get have cigarette taint smell. Have Tu asked to change room. 2nd room the over head rain shower can't be used

Menginap 3 malam di sini sangat menyenangkan, kamar luas dan interior modern. Keamanan dan kebersihan sangat terjamin. Semua staf sangat ramah dan membantu.

Hotel ini sangat nyaman, interior bagus dan semua pelayanan membuat kami senang 3 hari di sini. Keamanan terjamin karena harus akses kunci untuk masuk ke lorong hotel.

Pengawal keselamatan warga asing bersikap kurang sopan & bercakap kasar dengan saya sebagai guess di hotel, sikap warga asing yang hanya menumpang di Malaysia bersikap buruk umpama negara sendiri.

Room is spacious and clean and variety of delicious food served for breakfast 👍I will definitely stay here again if come to nearby area in future

So friendly staff. Clean hotel environment. Comfortable and luxury room.

Good value for money. About 167/night but the facilities are like 5 star. The thing they can improve on is putting a dustbin in the bathroom. The rooftop infinity pool sort off was great too.
