This property used to be great, but this time it's a complete mess. I checked in over an hour ago and have already been to three different rooms—each one had a broken AC. I'm currently sitting in the lobby with all my bags, still waiting for a room with working air conditioning. It's now 8 PM, and I arrived at the property at 7 PM.

I travel to Bogotá several times a year for work, and I always try to stay at this hotel when possible. The restaurants are excellent, and the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. However, the one recurring issue I've experienced is the inconsistency in pricing. Rates can vary drastically from one day to the next—even within the same week. For example, on a recent trip, I was paying USD 189 per night, but when I tried to extend my stay by just one day (a Tuesday), the rate jumped to USD 549 for that extra night. This has happened to me multiple times, and it's both frustrating and difficult to justify from a business travel standpoint. Aside from this, I truly enjoy the hotel and hope they address this pricing policy to provide a more consistent experience for loyal guests.

Great stay, good restaurants, good staff at the front desk but service at the bar is not good and rude. I was watching a soccer game and the waitress just came to change the channel and bring other clients regardless that I was there. She didn't mind with no excuse after I complained. Staff at the restaurant is slow with the coffee. In a corporate visit you come to have breakfast very quick and leave but here that's not possible. It's a good place anyway with aspects to be improved.

El hotel se ve muy chévere pero el detalle es que si se paga bien los servicios deben ser a ese nivel y la verdad, el colchón pésimo, además que la luz del sensor de humo en la noche fatal,, las cortinas no sellan bien para descansar y las luces de dimer y más en la noche, mejor dicho son detalles por mejorar lo demás muy chévere

Great hotel with excellent service and amazing food. The service was, as always, incredible. The hotel’s architecture and atmosphere are beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel.
