スタッフの人達はとても親切でこのホテルが大好きです！ホテルに猫がいますがとてもフレンドリーで可愛かった。本当にありがとうございました。

歴史のあるホテルの様で建物・設備ともにふるいかんじはしましたが、 清潔感はありフロントのスタッフの方が明るくすごく対応がいいです。 朝食バイキングは種類が多く、美味しかったです。

部屋はとても清潔感がありました。また、チェックインの際はとてもスムーズに進んだだけでなく、丁寧にホテルの周りを説明してくました。 朝食ビュッフェも美味しかったです。

Helpful staff. Room was good. Bathroom sink and showers small.

The hotel was expensive with a small room. Not too much amenities. The town was very cold I could see the glaciers behind the hotel. What I enjoyed the most was the resto in the town. The waitress was lovely and the price was reasonable.

They accommodated our need for two separate beds on short notice. Kind staff.

Zimmer war recht groß, Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Leider war im Zimmer kein Kühlschrank und es war recht warm im Zimmer, da sich die Fenster auch nicht ganz öffnen liesen und keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr angenehm.

The lobby was nice but had nothing to do with my room which was across the street. No elevator, really old carpet when u walk in building. Worst thing no black out curtains whatsoever.

Clean and convenient, supermarket is nearby. The breakfast is excellent that was provided by G&K Bakery in next building.

Nice place to stay. There was a very nice breakfast included. It was well located in the town. The staff were extremely nice. It is an old hotel so there was no elevator and the shower was small and did not contain the water within the shower getting the whole bathroom soaked. Those were minor issues. Overall it was a very nice experience.

Nice place. There's a good restaurant in the hotel which is quite convenient. It's a good restaurant. The place itself is quite nice. Clean with plenty of amenities. My room was small, but with a pretty large bathroom. You get what you pay for. The hotel had some good community spaces. I had a nice view outside my window despite it not being the best room in the building.

Overall, clean. Walls were thin so snoring neighbors were a problem. Parking also.

Good hotel with all necessary amenities. They even had a TV with cable.

The guy at the front desk was one in a thousand who was able to pronounce my name correctly. Nice job! The hotel does not have elevator but the front desk staff offered to lift the luggage upstairs if needed. They really didn’t have to, but their offer is heart warming. The room is a small sized room typical in Iceland, but the layout and fixtures design seems thoughtful to make the room functional despite the small size. I’d recommend the hotel investing in more effective black out certain and allow the guests to turn off bathroom fan if they prefer.

We only stayed for a night given our itinerary but were very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and how clean the hotel was. The only inconvenience was getting to our room as we had to go up a flight of stairs and then down another to get to our room, which is just an odd setup.
