OMG! If you want to feel like Royalty go stay at the Iconic hotel in Santorini! We had the most wonderful stay. First, let's talk about the view! It's one of the best views I have ever experienced. We got to walk around and the view from the other hotels didn't match up. And the room is beautiful - a REAL cave, not man made! Then the communication through the Expedia app was a plus. They kept us informed and offered services like booking a private driver to take you from the airport or booking activities for you around the island. We decided on a last minute sunset cruise and they were able to find one for us and it was an amazing one. Then you arrive at the hotel and they are welcoming you where the driver leaves you. If you know Santorini, it's all STAIRS and you can get lost so having them carrying our luggage & directing us to the hotel felt so good. Then they give you sparkling wine & inform you about the island, recommending restaurants (that we tried and their recommendations were on point). We thought of using public transportation to go around but they gave us their honest opinion about it and we decided on renting a car that was actually much cheaper for us to go around and getting back to the airport. The private chauffeur was €70 to/from the airport and renting a car was only €55/day allowing to travel all over the island. They had the car delivered to the hotel and the plus is that the company has free parking in Oia. And the breakfast? So good! We'll be back!

Absolutely stunning property. Staff couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. We were welcomed by Sozon who was truly wonderful. The room was immaculate, as was our private pool area. The food in the hotel is exceptional. Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely return in the future.

My wife, our adult children and their spouse, couldn’t have been more spoiled by the gorgeous rooms, views, food, drink and service. We loved every minute of our stay at Iconic Santorini. One note of caution: This is not for the feint of heart who doesn’t like steps or has small children. Other than that, WONDERFUL experience overall.

Amazing hotel with everything you need in a most breathtaking location. We loved everything from the communication with the staff before and during our stay. We had the half board option which was convenient for us after a long day of travel and it was so nice sitting out for our breakfast as well. Selections were more than enough and the staff was great! Some days you have to pinch yourself when you walk out and see the views. The only thing we had to worry about was the hike down the many steps when it was raining but we managed to figure it out. One of the best parts was the location which was convenient for everything. Would most definitely recommend this hotel!

The Iconic Santorini is a lovely property, and their team is so generous and caring. The rooms are beautiful and very clean! The entire property is well-kept, and the staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to make the stay memorable and pleasant. The breakfast is delicious, too! This is a great location and their staff makes the resort truly five-star! They genuinely care about their guests and that shows in every aspect of your stay.

We absolutely loved our stay We were in a caldera view room with hot tub. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our hot tub was maintained and cleaned every day. Everything was perfect! Highly recommended it

Amazing Views! Amazing staff! Amazing location! We had a great four night stay with Iconic. Breakfast was excellent, fresh cooked right in their onsite restaurant. We have nothing but great things to say. The view is like nothing we’ve ever seen and the hotel does everything to highlight it. Fully recommend.

Highly highly recommend this beautiful location! The staff was wonderful, spa amazing and views just unbeatable. We also like the location - close to markets and restaurants and just a quick 10 minute ride to Fira or across the island to the beaches. Also recommend renting an ATV to zip around!

My wife and I only stayed 2 days but we wish it was longer. The views are amazing and the food was the best we had since traveling the last 2 weeks. We went to France and Rome and the food here was on another level. We will come back for at least a week next time. There is shopping and cafes nearby. The service was excellent and rooms were so nice. We did a private jacuzzi and it was worth it. They also gave us a departing gift, thank you!

Gorgeous hotel! Would highly recommend. We only stayed here for one night as it was a last minute booking, but we wish we could have stayed for longer. - The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and had a very comfortable bed. - Our terrace had a hot tub, table and sun beds which were located down a few steps (we loved this as it was a bit more private) and the view was incredible! Clear, wide and unobstructed views of the caldera. It looked like most of the terraces for the rooms (including ours) were not completely private - as you walk through the property, you can see a lot of the terraces, however the hotel felt very exclusive and quiet, so guests and staff only walked by occasionally. - Service was friendly and efficient. - Breakfast was ample and delicious - you preorder the day before and confirm the time you want to have it. It’s served in the restaurant or to your room for a fee. - The main pool is lovely and a decent size. It’s worth noting that it’s quite deep with no “shallow” end. The very edge of the pool is the most shallow at just below 1.5 meters and then it quickly gets deeper. The only minor issue was the AC unit making a loud clicking noise every so often throughout the night which was not ideal for us as we are sensitive sleepers. However, we loved the hotel and had a wonderful stay. If we ever come to Imerovigli again, we'd definitely stay here!

We had a fantastic stay and felt like the staff made sure we were comfortable. Stellar service and waking up to that view was unreal - what an unforgettable way to start the day! We loved that it was within walking distance to many great restaurants, and also a convenient location with prearranged taxis and transfers for activities.

Fantastisk hotell. Vennlige folk som jobber der. Jentene i resepsjonen spesielt( de var to stjerner) informative, og med et stort smil om munnen. Gi disse mer lønn og pass godt på de. De var virkelig bra representanter for hotellet. Renholderene var også veldig hyggelige og grundige! Servitørene kan drilles mer, tror de var mer bartendere eller ferske i gamet( har jobbet 12 år selv i hotell og restaurant) men veldig vennlige. Alle må starte en plass. Men djevelen ligger i detaljene. Rommet vårt var stort og veldig fint. En av de beste sengene vi har sovet i noen gang. Utsikten på hotell er den beste og fineste vi noen gang har opplevd. Bare den er verdt oppholdet. Solsengene var også svært behagelige. Frokosten var veldig god. Området er veldig sentralt. Anbefaler hotellet på det sterkeste.
