First off, I’ll offer a little grace since our stay was Saturday July 5th and I’m sure the week was busy with the Holiday. The hotel seemed to be understaffed and employees overworked. After check in, we arrived in our room and I immediately noticed the the bed looked rumpled and I could see that the sheet was untucked this prompted my investigation on the sheets. The pillows were rumpled and when I pulled back the top sheet there was food crumbs and hair. I requested new bedding and Krystal at the desk promptly made it right. The A/C in our room needed maintenance. It took until 2 am to get the temp down to 73° it felt humid and it smelled for weed. Overall the beds were comfortable and the hotel itself is in good shape. We had an early start the next morning so we didn’t have breakfast but the dining area looked clean. There’s not a lot of options for hotels in the area and the others were all booked. In a pinch, I’d stay there again .

1st room wasnt cleaned and bed wasnt made and there was trash in all bins. Didnt get amything for my troubles even a sorry.

Loved the clean, spacious halls and rooms.

Walked in and the entry light didnt work. The usb charging port by the bed did not work. Flushed the toilet and was filling really slow. Looked in tank and it was growing things inside. The sink drained really slow. Breakfast was until went at 8 to get food and thsy were out of most of it. Went back at 830 and nothing had been refilled.

It was fairly clean, staff was kind. Light bulb was faint and they were not able to replace for me.

Typical HI Express with expected amenities. Only real downside is that its location is right next to I75, a major freeway. Could hear loud traffic noises throughout my time here.

It was quiet but the free breakfast sucked oatmeal was like over cooked soup, milk for cereal was not cold. When I booked the room it said private hot tub but no hot tub on the premises was very disappointed

Place was comfortable and roomy. Jet tub was amazing.

I booked a room on Expedia/Hotels.com and they had no rooms!!!

Unfortunately, my husband got in an accident while we were in town, and the young man on duty was so very kind and helpful to me; getting me a taxi to the hospital, etc. He was excellent. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name.

the hotel was very clean. the room is 0verpriced because the town is flood with workers repairing infrastructure after the ice storm. nice hotel. its worth 130 per night

Upon arrival- I was given keys to my room and when I went up to the room on the third floor someone was already checked into the room. I had two young children with me and the situation was embarrassing for us and the person in the room. To have staff miss that someone was already in the room they gave me was very odd and frustrating, We then had to haul all of our belongings back downstairs to get into a different room. It was later evening when we checked and we just wanted to get settled down for the night.

We stayed for what we thought was going to be one night due to bad road conditions but ended up staying the whole weekend! Crystal, the manager, was absolutely fantastic! They struggled with housekeeping staff and Crystal and the rest of the employees went above and beyond to clean the rooms themselves to accommodate the larger than anticipated number of guests staying that weekend. Due to understaffing of the housekeeping staff we had a very long wait to check in. However, Crystal the manager handled everything with such professionalism and really went above and beyond by comping us our stay and upgrading us to a king suite. She took a bad situation of understaffing and made it more than right by extending a free night’s stay to all of us that were waiting to check in. Now that’s fantastic management skills! The hotel was super clean and the room was great! We stayed in a king suite with a jacuzzi tub and it was fantastic! Huge room with large bathroom, living room area and separate room with a bed. It was just what we needed to be able to relax and reconnect. The staff here really stepped up and had all hands on deck helping out from cleaning rooms, serving breakfast, managing the front desk, and clearing the heavy snow. You could tell that Crystal’s management and leadership was top notch! Breakfast was excellent as always! They even had a nice little assortment of treats and goodies to put on your pancakes. I’m sure the kids loved it! We will stay again!
