Very old dirty room without air conditioning. Requested to change the room but failed. Requested for fan they provide one fan only. But it was closest to the funfair paington seaside.

Gutes 3-Bettzimmer, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, Abendessen muss man vorab bestellen, sonst kann man nicht dort essen, aus dem wlan fliegt man immer wieder raus

Staff friendly on arrival. Our room was on the top floor, when we walked in it was like a sauna. Basic room was ok for two nights. But it was right by the lift so noisy. Couldn’t sleep all night. Eventually when the lift went quiet about 1.00 in the morning, seagull started screeching. So closed windows, still hot in the room. Then the lift started again at about 6.15. Asked if we could swap rooms, but there was no spare. She gave us a fan for a room. Next night was a little better. Lift noise stopped at midnight. Still very hot. Woken up at 5.45 with delivery vehicles outside. Then the lift starts again. Checked out at 9.30 very tired for our 4 hour trip home.

The breakfast was ok, could be better

Very comfortable overnight stay. Staff were pleasant and very accommodating when we needed to check-out early before a pre-paid breakfast,when a packed lunch was provided for each of us in place. Very much appreciated.

Traditional coastal holiday hotel. In need of renovation, worn carpets, peeling paint. Comfy bed, fresh clean sheets/towels. Noisy.

Good location to the sea front and town.

Ideally situated for town and sea. In need of some TLC. We used it as a base to visit other places. Did not use the dining room or the entertainment facilities.

Fantastic stay with family over the bank holiday weekend! Great location and amenities, with equally friendly staff.

we liked it all very very much ,we had to cut our stay short as the wife had become to ill to stay in paighnton ,nothing to do with the hotel just her ill health .thanking you ,Dave West husband .

Yes breakfast was fresh

Everything was perfect, nice,clean warm hotel room. Breakfast was so good. Stuff so friendly.

The hotel was dated and looked tired from the outside and inside. The images online were very misleading and didn't look like the room that was promised. The room itself was very small but the bedsheets and towels were clean. The bathroom was in desperate need of being regrouted and cracked tiles needed to the replaced. The net curtains were dirty with cigarette holes in the them and there was a layer of dust on the valance. Even though the 'quite' times were meant to start at 10pm, we could still the music from the bar area long after this and we were on the 3rd floor. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that were a better standard than this....
