建物自体は古いですが、清掃も行き届いておりサービスもとても良かったです。見晴らしの良いテラスカフェがあり、リラックスした時間を過ごさせてもらいました。部屋もとても広く快適でした。レストラン等があるエリアから少し遠いことだけが難点で、お子さん連れとかだと少しきついかもしれませんがレストランも併設されているので、まぁなんとかなるレベルかなと。逆にホテルに滞在する目的だと静かで良いかも。

Lovely stay, great food, great room , friendly and helpful staff

No phone in room. Fan faulty. One window opened slightly the other didn't. Asked for Seaview but declined. Restaurant menu doesn't attract the area e.g seafood. Unaccessible garden through basement. Party on Saturday meant the hotel users were barred without consent to the area. No safety in the sauna such as wear slippers.

i was not happy to pay extra £10 to use the pool, it was never mentioned on the app

I’ve stayed at this hotel previously and had a positive experience, which makes this visit particularly disappointing. One of the main reasons for booking was the advertised use of the pool. However, on arrival we were informed there is a £10 per person charge to use the facilities. This was not made clear at the point of booking. Had this been clearly stated, we may have considered alternative options. When raising this at reception, the response we received was unexpectedly poor. Rather than acknowledging the concern, the receptionist was defensive and dismissive, stating it was “our problem” and that we should take it up with Hotels.com. She also mentioned they only advertise through Expedia, despite the fact we had booked through Hotels.com. What was most disappointing was not just the additional charge, but the tone and lack of customer care. There was no attempt to understand our position, no apology, and no effort to resolve the situation. The interaction felt cold and unhelpful, which significantly impacted our impression of the hotel.

We needed a quick 'pick you up break' this ticked (and exceeded all the boxes) We loved our stay and we were made very welcome. We will definitely return as soon as we can!!

Property in a lovely area but it is on a steep hill, which I expected.The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

Staff was very nice. Only thing was the water in the shower would rapidly jump from scorching hot to freezing cold other than that are stay was amazing!

Cleen room polite staff and eletric car points .although to say 10 pound for spa (its not for all day use and that should be explained) i also booked for breakfast as added extra and it says if you do spa wil come with and was still tolf needed to pay

Short stay for two nights and just needed somewhere to stay. I would love to come back and stay longer and have one of the larger rooms but wasn’t required this time. Staff were lovely, rooms clean and everything needed for a comfortable stay provided. Thank you

Lack of staff. When we were trying to book inn nobody at reception.food in the bar was cold. Both meals were returned to the chef . But still come back not very hot.
