欧州旅行20日目に、このZedwell Piccadilly Circusホテルに泊まりました。 ホテルのロビーは立派でしたが、部屋に入ると家内もクシャミを連発した。部屋は新しいがペンキの匂いがしたのでそのせいかも知れません。 このホテルはベッドと洗面所とシャワーが有るだけで、無いもの尽くしでした(湯沸かし器無し、窓無し、TV無し、冷蔵庫無し、ヘヤードライヤー無し、机も椅子もなし、ハンガーもコップ一つも無い)これで一泊2万円以上とは信じられない。特に湯沸かし器が無いなんて、日本人には向かないホテルだと思いました。

ロビーの受付の対応は良い。 近くにスーパーやコンビニが有ったので便利な場所に有ります。 部屋はとにかく狭くて、スーツケースを広げたら歩けない。 でもTVや冷蔵庫やコーヒーメーカー等は付いてました。

広めの部屋で、気持ちよく宿泊できました。水回りも清潔でした。 フロントには24時間受付の人がいるので、遅く帰ってきた日も安心でした。

施設はよくメンテナンスされており、清潔快適に過ごせました。スタッフの皆さんも気さくで感じが良かったです。滞在中は大変お世話になりまして有難うございました。

立地は良かったが、部屋が狭すぎて壁掛けテレビに何度も頭をぶつける。トランクが十分に広げられない。気持ちがイライラして外に出たくなる。 空港へもメトロで楽に安く行ける。バッキンガム宮殿にも何度も歩いて行った。

Very nice staff. Rooms and facilities were very clean. Quarters are cramped but were very functional.

A lovely boutique style hotel close to Victoria stations abd plenty of restaurants nearby. Friendly reception staff and lovely clean room with very comfy beds and a very nice shower. Highly recommend and would stay again if in the area

Fabulous hotel in a really wonderful location. Easy walking distance to all the sights, convenient for Victoria Station and the range of great restaurants within a 5 min walk was brilliant. The staff were super helpful and made us feel very welcome indeed. The rooms were compact (as expected in London) but beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. We will definitely be back

We liked that the hotel was located in an upscale area, very clean and friendly. Also within walking distance of several restaurants, cafes and shops. The room was adequate but very small, and with no place to store clothes or toiletries. If we were to book here again, we would prefer a larger room with a closet or drawers.

Great to have air conditioning since it was unusually hot when we were there. Comfortable bed, quiet at night. Easy location for getting around London. Quick walk to Victoria Station. I would recommend staying here.

We were greeted by a lovely friendly lady on reception who even though we were very early offered to keep our bags until our room was ready and we could check in. We went for lunch and came back some time later and the room was ready so we checked in. Our room was on the lower ground floor at the front of the building. It was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. We asked for some extra pillows which were brought to our room very quickly. Although the room was at the front and there was a little noise from the road outside it was not loud and we slept well. The only thing extra I would request is to have milk in the room for our morning coffee. To be fair we didn't ask for any so that's on us.

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean hotel, helpful staff, GREAT LOCATION, the refreshing drink at the front desk is well appreciated!

The hotel is lovely and has a great atmosphere. Cleanliness is great—our room was spotless during our stay. The staff were lovely and polite. The only little downside was the bed. While the linens were nice, the matress was a bit uncomfortable. If you prefer a softer bed, you might find it a bit stiff like we did. That being said, everything else was great and we would still return—we might just request a mattress topper next time!

The room was impeccably clean, the mattresses were comfortable, but most importantly the air conditioning was perfect for our stay during record-breaking hot weather. It’s conveniently located near Victoria station but surprisingly quiet. I would stay here again.

good location, , helpful friendly staff. no lift but front desk helped to carry bags up to the room. No breakfast facilities, but plenty of nearby locations to eat.

Front desk staff were very kind and helpful! Very close to the metro & a great area! I would 100% stay here again!
