総合評価とレビュー The Beverley Hotel

欧州旅行20日目に、このZedwell Piccadilly Circusホテルに泊まりました。 ホテルのロビーは立派でしたが、部屋に入ると家内もクシャミを連発した。部屋は新しいがペンキの匂いがしたのでそのせいかも知れません。 このホテルはベッドと洗面所とシャワーが有るだけで、無いもの尽くしでした(湯沸かし器無し、窓無し、TV無し、冷蔵庫無し、ヘヤードライヤー無し、机も椅子もなし、ハンガーもコップ一つも無い)これで一泊2万円以上とは信じられない。特に湯沸かし器が無いなんて、日本人には向かないホテルだと思いました。

ロビーの受付の対応は良い。 近くにスーパーやコンビニが有ったので便利な場所に有ります。 部屋はとにかく狭くて、スーツケースを広げたら歩けない。 でもTVや冷蔵庫やコーヒーメーカー等は付いてました。

広めの部屋で、気持ちよく宿泊できました。水回りも清潔でした。 フロントには24時間受付の人がいるので、遅く帰ってきた日も安心でした。

施設はよくメンテナンスされており、清潔快適に過ごせました。スタッフの皆さんも気さくで感じが良かったです。滞在中は大変お世話になりまして有難うございました。

立地は良かったが、部屋が狭すぎて壁掛けテレビに何度も頭をぶつける。トランクが十分に広げられない。気持ちがイライラして外に出たくなる。 空港へもメトロで楽に安く行ける。バッキンガム宮殿にも何度も歩いて行った。

Accommodating early check in was a welcome surprise. Great location. Close to Victoria station which allowed us ample access to get where we needed to begin our exploration

This is a charming small hotel excellently located. The rooms are small but the space is used efficiently and had everything we needed. Beds are super comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come again!

Clean and nice staff. Basic room size. No lift and quite steeply stairs for a building 4 floors. Not worth the price paid.

Hubo problemas con mi reservación, tuvieron problemas en su sistema y no tenían registrada mi reserva ya pagada. Nos movieron a otro hotel a unas cuadras, al cual nos tuvimos que trasladar caminando por nuestra cuenta ya que no se nos aviso con anticipación para que nuestro uber nos llevara al destino que correspondía. Es bueno saber que te dan soluciones pero deberían avisarte con anticipación

Well located boutique hotel. Short walk to both Victoria Coach and Train stations, as well as several restaurants. The room is small (think interior cruise ship) but functional and clean. The room was ready on time and the staff was extremely friendly!

Very nice, quiet & private. Walking access to local sites such as Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Parliament & the Seine River. Only a few blocks from the Victoria Train and Bus Station.

Was a bit nervous about room size after reading some reviews. However, there was no issue at all. Hotel is quaint and well decorated size of room was bigger than I get in other parts of UK never mind London/ Great location just minutes from multiple restaurants and pubs

Enjoyed my stay at the Beverly, got a good workout going up and down 3 flight of stairs.

We expected a clean, quaint boutique hotel and that’s absolutely how I would describe The Beverley Hotel. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. There is no elevator. Not a problem for us, but ask for a lower level if that’s an issue for you, for sure. There’s not a vanity in the bathroom, just an fyi. The location is great. The Victoria Station is close with necessity shopping nearby. We went to St. George’s Tavern twice and it was really good!

Beautiful and quaint hotel loved our stay

Many of the outlets did not work. It took a couple of requests to get someone to figure out how to get the air conditioner working. Maybe that is why the room was a bit musty. We were not in the main building, but a small house/room just behind the building. This is the only room they have for 3 people to stay together.

Relocated us the day of traveling from Los Angeles to a Holiday Inn Express. Gave us a free breakfast? I want a refund for one night.

Location is perfect and the people were tremendous at the front desk.
