Great place to go

The cocoon-shaped tents are really unique and beautiful. They’re well-designed and blend nicely with the natural surroundings. Inside, you have everything you need – a big bed, air-conditioning, a beautiful bathtub, and stylish furniture. Some parts of the tents do feel a little old and could use a bit of renovation, but that didn’t affect how much I enjoyed my stay. It still felt special and very comfortable. The food was excellent every day. The chefs prepare a nice mix of Sri Lankan dishes and international food. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. Meals were something I looked forward to daily. The safaris were a real highlight. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of nature. We saw leopards, elephants, and so many other animals. The whole safari experience was exciting and well-organized. The staff were amazing – kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. You feel well taken care of, and the service is top-level from everyone at the lodge. The small pool outside our cocoon was cleaned early every morning at around 6 AM, but because it’s under a lot of trees, it quickly fills up with leaves again. That’s understandable, but I do think the water filtration could be improved – during my stay, it looked more like a big bathtub than a proper pool. That said, there is a much bigger pool near the restaurant that’s perfect for relaxing. You can enjoy cocktails and snacks while sitting in the water, and it’s a great spot to unwind during the hot hours.

Everything about Wild Coast tented lodge is 5 star. Ultra luxurious stay in the wild. Staff are super hospitable and puts guests satisfaction above anything. Food is amazing. This is first all inclusive place where we found food amazing. Although this is all inclusive hotel, they have not compromised on food and drink quality. This is top notch hotel to be experienced. Free game drive per night is a huge addition. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay in Yala area, food, staff, room all fantastic, safari guides were well informed and spoke the best English we had during our travels, beach is very beautiful, just no swimming. Certainly pricey, but the only complaint we had was there wasn't enough hot water to fill the tub. Everything else was top notch. Yala was very crowded as far as trucks...be prepared.

Outstanding service, property, and food. When we booked our Sri Lanka trip, I knew I wanted to stay in the property while visiting Yala, and our stay exceeded my expectations.

It was one of our favorite places and experiences during our family trip in Sri Lanka. Our tent was nestled in the natural habitat of wildlife and nature by the side of the seaside rolling sounds of the waves with respect to the wildlife as well. Their welcoming service and attention to guests with its heartfelt and kind hospitality where every guest is welcome and served as if they are the only ones in the sanctuary heaven is amazing. Even though it rained heavily towards the end of the safari and towards the evening dampened some of our plans. Nonetheless, they ensured we were all safe and taken care of with promptness. Safari was an amazing experience and Shani was an excellent ranger as well. Tharindu, the Front House manager was there to welcome to the end of iur stay and went out of the way to make sure we were all taken care of. The entire team which takes them all to offer a great experience indeed assured us of such a wonderful and an amazing stay. It was a memorable stay! So looking forward to next time and our best wishes to all of them.

Sehr schöne Lodge mit tollen Zimmern und einer traumhaften Umgebung. Service im Restaurant könnte etwas aufmerksamer und besser geschult sein, aber alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
