Property is beautiful but the hotel seems short staffed, service at restaurants is not great, and honestly, the food is terrible. We expected better food for the prices we were paying. We ended up eating outside of the hotel every night because hotel food was so bad. However, the breakfast buffet is pretty good.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, beautiful beach. Room WiFi weak and unstable, kids pool is small and green color does not look clean (adult pool is proper size for families and kids), gym needs to be update,

My wife is handicap and they made every effort to accommodate her, staff where very friendly and help full. Thank You, David Evans

Resort was beautifully maintained , staff helpful and courteous; food was much more expensive than I expected but would stay here again.

Lovely facility and grounds. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Two pool areas; one just off the hotel lobby and one down by the beach. Bars and food service provided at both pools. Beautiful beach area with chairs and umbrellas available. Located on gated secure grounds. Lap of luxury!

Amazing experience!

THE PROPERTY WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WOULD LIKE TO ACKNOWLEDGE KAYLOR, JUAN, AND THE REST OF THE GUYS WHO RAN US BACK AND FORTH FROM T3 AND THE BEACH. I ALSO WANT TO THANK THE WAIT STAFF FOR MAKING OUR DINING EXPERIENCES OUTSTANDING. LASTLY, THE RECEPTIONIST VIVIAN AND ERIC GAVE US GREAT SUGGESTIONS AND WERE VERY HELPFUL.

Our stay was lovely. The staff was incredible, very helpful. My only complaint is there were not enough chairs at the pool.

This is a hotel/ resort for families, there are no changing tables in any of the restrooms. Also no elevator to be able to take my baby's stroller around. The food is incredibly salty. The food options are very limited. It’s literally the same options every single day. WiFi they attempted to fix the connection but the connection was intermittent and it sucked the entire 7 days. There was a day where they printed the menu out to give to us so that we can view the menu to be able to order room service. The best thing about this place, the staff. They were so pleasant and accommodating during the entire trip.

I can’t say enough good things about his hotel. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! Truly a 5 star experience when it comes to customer service, dining, the rooms, cleanliness, the activities! The beach is also very beautiful!! Breakfast buffet had so much variety, we loved every morning there. We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at W Reserva Conchal was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with impeccable and personalized service. The facilities are modern, elegant, and seamlessly integrated with the natural surroundings. The rooms offer all the comfort one could wish for, and the common areas, such as the pool and restaurants, are top-notch. The staff was always attentive, friendly, and eager to make our experience unforgettable. Definitely a destination we would recommend and hope to return to soon!

Their beach is pretty. The resort sits in the middle of a reserve, we saw monkeys and deer.
