L’endroit est impeccable! Ma chambre était très jolie et grande. Les gens à l’accueil sont très gentil et parle français et anglais. Je recommande.

The clean is room which is the mostly important.

When we arrived at check in there was a considerable wait even though there was only one person ahead of us. After getting our room and getting settled we noticed the pull out bed was broken. We returned to the desk to report it since there was no answer when calling down. The front desk staff shared that she was unaware if maintenance was available but would have someone go up to take a look while we were out for dinner. When we returned to the room, the pull out was exactly as we had left it and was not fixed nor as there any note of message to indicate it had been looked at. Needless to say our son did not enjoy his nights sleep. The next morning - the only word to describe breakfast was rather chaotic. Although it is understandable that the hotel would need to serve a large number of guests, the manner in which the self serve breakfast was laid out could certainly have been improved. With so many other options now in Moncton, we will likely stay somewhere else.
