とてもかわいい犬の肖像画が部屋、廊下、パブとあちらこちらに飾ってある写真を見て予約しました。 当日、ギシギシいう狭い階段を上がって部屋へ。少し不安になりましたが、部屋に入ったら、杞憂だったことが分かりました。 クラッシックな家具と温かみのあるファブリック類、そして犬の肖像画が素敵なバランスで同居。コーヒー、紅茶、水、お菓子が用意され、アメニティも良い物が揃えられています。バスローブもあり。 窓からの景色は普通の路地が見えるだけでしたが、その日常的な風景がここに住んでいるような錯覚をもたらします。 シャワーはヨーロッパの多くのホテル同様、気をつけて浴びないと洗面所が水びたしになりますが、排水は問題無し。 2泊の滞在を楽しめるホテルでした。

Beautiful quiet room, particularly comfortable bed, friendly staff. Beware that there is no elevator and the stairs are narrow and steep. Sometimes felt like too much at the end of a long sightseeing day. Lively pub with good food, surprisingly couldn't hear it a bit from the room!

Really impressed with the room facilities and staff at this small hotel. We had a superior twin room which was spacious and comfortable. Lots of thoughtful extras including a coffee machine, snacks, water, slippers etc. Spotlessly clean and fantastic air conditioning. The staff were all lovely and very helpful . Outside roof terrace is a nice addition. Would certainly stay again.

Fab location, 20 minute walk to our chosen theatre and shops! Beautiful room, extremely clean, modern decor, great air con, lots of special touches with complimentary items in the room! Staff very friendly and helpful, I would stay again! Highly recommended!

A perfect location for London. Close to various Tube lines and bus routes that will take you throughout the city. It's also located to really good cafes, coffee shops and restaurants. We didn't get the chance to try their own food but maybe if we had more time. The room was very clean, pretty spacious for central London standards, and the air conditioning was a treat! It was also overall very quiet. There are plenty of stairs and no elevator, but staff was helpful with luggages. I would stay here again. Special thanks to Francesco who was always ready to help with whatever was needed.

What a fun place to stay! Would recommend this place to everyone! Room was very comfortable and well maintained. Staff was amazing. A/C works great too. But the stairs are steep if you have a mobility issue.

Un séjour absolument parfait! Tout était irréprochable. La chambre était spacieuse est magnifiquement décorée et très confortable. L hôtel est superbe, boutique hotel avec pub avec beaucoup de charme. La terrasse en rooftop est un vrai plus. Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours prêt à aider, on s y sent vraiment bien.

Fridge in room, snacks Aircon and first floor terrace were great. Large room and very comfortable bed. Slamming doors from pub residents were annoying, a notice behind door asking doors to be closed quietly could help.

Excellent two-night stay at the Grafton Arms pub and rooms. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly, the location is absolutely fantastic and the room was spacious, clean and remained very cool during the summer heat wave due to the air con and fan provided. We tried the food at the pub on the first night and it was great. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

This property was perfect for our stay. Check in is easy and the staff were so helpful with everything. A free cocktail upon check-in was much appreciated. Also, there was help with luggage and always a greeting while coming and going. The pub has really good food and a lovely rooftop garden. The location is great and walkable to great restaurants and shops. Tube station close by. The rooms are so comfortable, pretty, and quiet. Great shower and everything you need for a perfect stay. The air conditioning is a huge plus in the summer.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The accommodations, amenities, staff were all excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better location-easy access to public transportation and surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants. The pub also has delicious food and cocktails/good selection of draft beer, with a fun rooftop and additional outdoor seating out front. Will definitely be back. Please note that there is no lift and many stairs to climb to get to your room so keep that in mind if you have any mobility concerns.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and very clean. It was very hot out and the AC struggled to manage the heat. It was tolerable for sleeping with opening the window after sunset + the AC. Overall enjoyed the stay!

Other than the steep stairs (no lift), our room was excellent and above what we expected. Although it did not rain during our stay, it was nice to see they had an umbrella available for us to borrow if needed.

Great air conditioning, room and location. Francesco was very professional and efficient in getting us settled in which was most welcome after a long journey.

This was a terrible experience because of Hotels com ... I got charged for a room that we didn't use.. After this experienceI can't recommend Hbtels.com. I don't know anything about the Grafton arms except that they wouldn't refund my money even though I didn't stay there. Really not their issue, though it would have been nice for them to offer me a refund. Really a problem with Hotels.com
