I had a most pleasant overnight stay here, the room was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Except for the drainage issue in the shower stall which I raised on check out, all else good.

Pretty good deal booking from Traveloka. Awesome breakfast.

Stayed for christmas eve. Great hospitality! Great hotel! Our room were upgraded even without asking for it! Special kudos to the staff by the name Crystal.

I was really delighted with the service provided by the hotel's staff, not to mention the convenience of the facilities and the KLCC is only at your doorstep!

Amazing stay. Huge and comfy room, excellent service by hotel staff. Amazing breakfast. Just one unfortunate experience during breakfast where the staffs were unresponsive when we asked for a cup of coffee & tea.

Room is spacious, love the shower room, bathtub and heated toilet seat. Room cleanliness will need improvement, writing table glass top is chipped, dust can be seen at the mini bar, bed area. Also fewer defects which resolved by the team. Door man, concierge very welcoming and friendly. Check-in experience could be better. Went to the Bar at 11.30pm to grab a drinks, we was told they are closing soon and only straight drinks (none cocktails). No ambience as music was turned off. No service. The bar snack-olives on the table is shared by many people, hygiene concerns. Used to be the best bar Asia but going to a different direction. In room dining was efficient. Food is tasty. Breakfast experience was good. Hostess great us at the door and lead us to our table without waiting. Food variety and quality is good. Service experience have room for improvement. As we have stayed in many Forbes travel guide hotels, but Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur have many rooms for improvement from check-in experience, room. Cleanliness, bar experience, breakfast experience and check out. We didn't experience any personalized service at this FTG hotel. Room rate is the highest in Kuala Lumpur and we expect the experience is different from the other hotels.

We arrived at 4pm, but was told room still not ready and need to wait first. They not even offer complimentary drink while waiting. The service was not warmth if compared to other hotel like Mandarin Oriental. The room just so so, not up to the expectation. Overall not recommended and not worth the money spent. You can get better stay in Kuala Lumpur at the other 5 star hotel with more affordable price.

Strategic & convenient location. Comfy bed. The breakfast varieties are awesome!

I had most terrific experience in this hotel. Hotel very clean and follow Covid 19 SOP. Foods marvellous. Helpful very friendly and helpful. Especially staff named Iqah. Very competent in PR skills. Can't wait to come again.

Excellent service friendly staff beautiful surroundings and many things more that make this hotel a heaven to stay in. All the little things that makes you feel safe and clean during this covid period.

Excellent service from the first time we stepped into the hotel. The room was more spacious than expected, bed was nice and comfy. Favorite part is the amazing breakfast buffet. Really tasty with wide variety of options. Definitely will repeat again. Only downside is the slow elevator especially during peak time (lunch hour and check in/out time).

結婚5周年のお祝いに訪れましたが、チェックインからチェックアウトまで、サービスに大変満足しました。朝食も種類が豊富で、どれも美味しかったです。FSでまた利用したいです。
