非常にアットホームでイギリスの郊外らしいホテル。 バスルームはタブ無しでは有るが広く、お部屋も広々としていて素晴らしかった。 リフトが無いので大荷物は苦しいか？

I booked the single room and it was very small and felt like a school dorm.The wardrobe, tables and TV all felt very basic. The bathroom was ok, small again but the main issue I had with my stay was the noise from the corridor and the room above. The room was also hot. No aircon. I stayed in room 6. Any rooms above you will be potentially noisy, It is the nature of the building thats all. ( you hear everything) The bed was too soft and not a good comfy matress. Sadly it was not a great stay.

Ett bra hotell med bra komfort. Ingen lyx men väl fungerande. Kapselmaskin för kaffe och vattenkokare finns. Parkering i P-hus nära, 11.90 GBP.

Location is great. Rooms at the front of property are noisy, traffic and late night passersby. Manager very helpful and friendly. Yes, I would stay there again but would request a Room on the back as I am a light sleeper.

Nice clean hotel with pleasant staff. Good value for money. Not a big room and pretty warm but they had a small fan: thank goodness!

Stayed in the basic single and that's what it was. No complaints, but be aware that the main Northern road into town is right by the front rooms of the hotel

Rummet vi fick var väldigt varmt och fuktigt. Det fanns ingen luft i rummet och det luktade fuktskador. Tycker inte alls att rummet var värt det priset.

Nice comfortable hotel an easy walking distance from everything in Colchester. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good quality. I liked the fact that breakfast is 'a la carte', as that reduces wastage. Cleanliness is good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Made to very welcome by all the friendly and professional team. That was really appreciated as I was travelling by myself. Great atmosphere in bar area & space to get work done too. Bed, towels & linen very comfortable. Some road nose as centre to town location.

This is not a place for people who need larger rooms. The hallways are narrow, too. The staff were quite friendly and very helpful. To reach it from the main train station, hire a cab unless you live in an area with steep hills.

Very friendly staff. Good size king size room. Good value for a good location as visiting the Mercury Theatre 6 minutes away. Didn’t stay for breakfast.

Nice period hotel. Lovely staff. My dongle room was absolutely tiny though, on the edge of tolerable for this six foot, 17 stone bloke. Lush breakfast.
