中心街までは少し距離があったけどトラムの駅が近いので問題なかった。清潔、部屋のサイズなど全体として快適。

トラムの駅から2〜3分の立地で駅前にはスーパーがあって便利でした。 スタッフの方はとても親切で、面倒な依頼にも快く応じてくれました。 炭酸水やお水のサーバーがあってとても助かりました。

立地はとても便利です。駅から駅の地下道をめぐり駅裏に出られます。ホテルまではフラットな道です。 トラム・バスの停留所が近く便利です。スーパーも近くにあり、こちらも便利でした。 部屋が広いのに暗いので、荷物のパッキングは唯一明るい入り口ドア付近でないと厳しいです。もう少しライトを増やして欲しいです。ハンガーラックもデザイン重視なのか、スーツケースを置くとハンガーラックは使えません。洋服を収納する棚が一切ないので不便でした。 コーヒーを飲むにも、ソファーの所にテーブルは無く不便でした。 お部屋は広くてきれいですが、使い勝手は悪いです。改善が必要と思います。

Spacious, clean room with good air conditioning during heat wave. If arriving from railway station use Hall C (Belcier) exit for shorter, easier access to hotel. Hotel restaurant menu limited but food was good.

Hotel au top , super petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux. Les chambres sont comme neuve, la clim fonctionne parfaitement et petit plus à chaque étage une fontaine à eau fraîche ou non ou même gazeuse. Je recommande

Sehr rutschige Dusche. Achtung !!!!!!!!! Keine Anti- Rutsch-Streifen in der Dusche!!!!! Keine Haltegriffe in der Dusche!!! Bin sehr böse in der Dusche gestürzt! Nur ein deutscher Fernsehsender. Alle anderen möglichen deutschen Fernsehkanäle waren nicht eingestellt. In einem Executive Zimmer eine einzelne Ablagefläche von 40x40 cm. Kein Schrank. Keine Sideboard. Einfach gar nichts. Man konnte den Koffer einfach nicht auspacken und musste aus dem Koffer leben.

A very bad experience at this hotel. The room was very basic; the minibar didn't work, and there were issues with the bathroom, which smelled terrible. When I asked the front desk staff to change rooms, they refused and suggested I simply cover the bathroom drain with a towel to stop the smell. I definitely wouldn't stay at this hotel again; given the price paid, I would look for another option in a better location. Muy mala experiencia en este hotel. La habitación muy limitada, el servibar no funcionaba y con problemas en el baño ya que olía terrible. Cuando pedí ayuda al personal de la recepción solicitando un cambio de habitación pero me lo negaron y me dijeron que mejor tapará la coladera del baño con una toalla para que no oliera más. Definitivamente no me volvería a hospedar en este hotel y por el importe pagado buscaría otra opción mejor ubicada.

Room is modern and roomy by Europe standards. Breakfast is great and worth the extra. Each floor has a filtered water source that provides still or sparkling cold water for your room. Restaurant was very good even though it had a small menu. Overall, this hotel is convenient and a good value.

Great hotel, spotlessly clean. Our room was bright and airy and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too. Perfectly placed for the station which made on onward travel very easy.

Good size room, clean and modern. Water dispensers on every floor. Breakfast was good with hot food, pastries, meat, salmon, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and some sweet treats. Little further out of main town but couple minutes to tram stop which is super easy to use to get in and out. Nice and quiet. We’d a pleasant stay
