ホテルはイメージと異なり、修繕した狭い部屋だった。繁華街ではあるが、大通りから少し奥まって騒音があまりなかったのが救いだった。朝食は期待しないほうが良い。

市街中心部にある便利なホテル

ニューカイロのど真ん中ですが、一本路地に入るので、それほど騒音に悩まされないです。築年数が古く、施設、設備の老朽化は否めないです。先週宿泊時は問題なかったエレベーターが、今回は故障していたため、４階からの登り降りは、良い運動？になりまりました。ラゲージに関しては、フロントにお願いして、運んで頂きました。

フロントを含めて、スタッフの皆様がフレンドリーで、親切です。Wi-Fiも共用部、部屋共に、サクサク問題なく使えます。 new townの真ん中に位置していますが、路地中ゆえ、それほど騒音は感じません。一方で、周辺の道路の渋滞は昼夜激しく、Uber、タクシーを使いにくいロケーションです。 施設は築年数がかさみ、部屋も手狭ですが、まぁ、大乗です。朝食は、エジプトっぽい感じですが、問題無しです。

フロントの男性３名のうち１名が大変親切でいろいろ助けてくださいました。他のスタッフも良い人たちです。 　エジプト考古学博物館へ徒歩で行ける近さですが、道路を渡るのが難しいので、荷物チェックはありますがメトロの地下道を使うと安全です。 　冷蔵庫が静かで、小さい製氷皿があり便利でした。 お世話になりありがとうございました。

I don’t think you at Expedia should be listing this property. They are filthy and filthy can be. I would like a refund.

The hotel and rooms do not look anything like the pictures! We asked for the best rooms in the hotel and they were still terrible. This hotel should not be allowed to post fake pictures and mislead the guests. I have no idea how they have so many review and 3 stars. We confronted about the pictures to the Manager which seem to not care that we were in shock.

This place is ONE BIG SCAM. The pictures on Expedia do not look anything like the actual place. Read Google reviews about this hotel.

Hotel au coeur du Caire, le soir ça peut être bruyant vu les rues adjacents. il est dans un vieux batiment, ça méritait un grand ménage dans les espaces en commun. Si non les chambres restent correctes.

Staff at the front desk and doing areas were always willing to help. Gave us great dining advice as well!

The staff were very kind and helpful, which is the only positive aspect I can highlight about this hotel. Unfortunately, it looks nothing like the photos advertised. The building is in a state of disrepair, and the rooms are of very low standard. The bathroom had serious issues — the toilet didn’t function properly and caused flooding across the floor. It’s clear that the pictures shown are not representative of the actual property.

This is an excellent hotel in the middle of origional cairo. Buildings in this area are quite old and sometimes nasty. This is not the case here. The building was remodelled nicely, and the facilities are quite good. One has to manage expectations here because this is a historic area of the city and the buildings typically lack what you might expect in newely built hotels. This building probably was built in the 1800s. Location is wonderful. Off of a main street which gives the rooms quitness and ability to rest at night. Im writing this review after my fourth stay at the hotel over a period of 5 years. The quality of the services qnd rooms stayed the same. Good overall without issues. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Accomodating for all your requests. Their airport transport is very reliable. Highly recomend Valencia to anybodybvisiting cairo for whatever purpose.
