秘密基地みたいでよかった

家族３人でプライベートコテージに泊まりました。専用のキッチンとトイレとバスルームがあるからです。料理するつもりでしたが観光で忙しくて結局キッチンはほぼ使いませんでした。が、必要なものは一通り揃っていて何でも作れそうでした。冷蔵庫も大きく、オーブンもありました。普通にそのまま住めそうな感じ。 早めに着いてしまってまだチェックインの時間ではなかったのですが、一応コテージに行ってみたらオーナーさんがたまたまいて、荷物置いといていーわよ♪と言ってくださり助かりました。少しおしゃべりしましたがとても気さくで感じの良い方でした。 大きめのベッドに2人、ソファベッドに1人で寝ました。ドアが閉まるベッドルームが１つしかなくてソファーはリビングにあったので、誰かがトイレやキッチンに行くたびにソファーに寝てる人が夜中目が覚めてしまい、 2ベッドルームあったらより心地よく過ごせたかと思います。 シャワーは温度調節が難しかったのと、足元にトイレとの仕切りがないので上手に浴びないとトイレの方の床までビチャビチャになってしまい大変でした。 とはいえ、日本と違うのだから、そんなもんかと受け入れそれなりに工夫すれば良いのかなと思います。また、バリアフリーと思えば、足の不自由な方も過ごしやすいかと思うので、ある意味とてもよい形だと思います。 コテージは全体的に広くて使いやすかったですし、プチテラスもあったし、何より洗濯機はかなり助かりました✨日本と仕様が違うので最初使い方にとまどいましたが笑 プライベートなので洗濯物も干しやすかったしテラスに干すとすぐに乾きました✨ チェックアウトの時間があと１時間遅かったらよかったなと思いました。 まだ出発まで時間があるのにチェックアウトの時間が早くて、外へ出たはいいものの荷物が多くて外で立ち往生していたら、たまたまお掃除の方が通りかかって、出発まで荷物をコテージに置いておいていいわよって言ってくださって本当に親切で助かりました！ 次回は早めに着いてしまった時と、チェックアウト後の荷物の置き場所など最初から聞いておいたら良いかなと思いました。基本チェックインもチェックアウトもコード入力で、オーナーさんとも顔を合わせないタイプの宿なので。 とても親切なので、前もって聞いておけば快く対応してくれそうです。 申し分なく過ごせた割にとてもお手頃の値段だったので、グラストンベリーにまた行く機会がありましたら是非またここに泊まりたいと思います✨

立地もメイン通りの真ん中で、とても綺麗で可愛いホテルです。階段で３階まで荷物をもって上がるのは大変でしたが、満足のいく滞在でした。 基本的に、ホテルに入る番号を聞いて、鍵は部屋の中に置いてあるタイプです。駐車場はないですが、ホテルの近くの場所を教えてもらいました。ショッピングやご飯を食べるのに便利な立地です

This place is absolutely beautiful and amazing to stay!! Lilija is quick and amazing in communication also very kind. The place is absolutely cozy and very well situated. I feel at home there. Water, teas and coffee powder with a kettle, cups and plates and bottles of water. Privacy without room services!! Yeah I love it!! I had a magical time there and I am going to repeat for sure. Thank You

Had a wonderful couple of nights at 8 Owls in Glastonbury. Lilija was super responsive and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, and the location next to the High Street and all the shops was great for us. Loved all of the Owls and other details around the property and the terrace at the top was a great bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely central location clean and comfy mattress , stairs up to room quite steep

I really enjoyed my stay in the 'Barn Owl's room. I had everything I needed provided within the room. It was airy and spacious. The only niggle for me and it is more of a preference in comparison to a negative was the sheets used for the bedding. I am so used to staying in establishments which use high cotton count for the bedding so it was quite a change in what I'm used to. However, I did the find the bed comfy and was able to sleep. Just a heads up: with this room looking out on to the High Street there was the odd sound coming from vehicles outside but it wasn't too much that it stopped me from having a good night's sleep. Would definitely book again and thought the chocolates were a nice addition 🍫

We had a great time here. Perfect position, right in the centre of town, it's clean, comfortable and well equipped. Parking was conveniently close by. Communication was excellent with instructions before arrival. Would thoroughly recommend.

Sentralt beliggende hotel, med deilig frokost.Et rent rom med bad. Gode senger og romslig. Hyggelig personale. Men det var lytt. Veldig lytt fra gangen, og vi hørte godt de som gikk rundt i rommet over oss.

It was only an overnight stay. So very brief. Bed was comfortable bathroom was great.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We had a lovely stay. Only thing l would like to have had was a full length mirror as we were to attend the Fairy Ball! But fabulous! Thank you so very much!!!

I really like the location of this B&B. However, the only negative thing that I would have to say is that it was located on the third floor and the stairs are very small so please take that into consideration when you’re booking because if you have a lot of luggage it’s gonna be quite difficult to get up and down the stairs or if you have any mobility issues, I would probably not choose this place. Other than that. It was a great location. It was clean. The bed was very, very comfortable.

Clean room, comfy bed. Access was easy as we had clear instructions from the staff (over email). Would definitely recommend!

Really lovely and perfectly situated.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Directions were clear. Location is just off High Street so is a little noisy at night. Shower and bathroom were nice, with refreshments ready in the room for us. Hostess was very helpful getting us a taxi to the train station.

All perfect, and spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again.
