新しいが清掃が雑で汚れが気になった。 壁が薄いのか隣の部屋のテレビや廊下の音もうるさい、その他は値段が安いので我慢できる

室内はきれいにリフォームされており、広々として清潔で、居心地がよかった。 スタッフが常駐しており、フレンドリーで親切だった。 バス通り沿いにホテルまで行けば比較的安全だが、治安の悪い場所もあった。

部屋がとても綺麗で清潔でした。壁が薄いのか、外の音が聞こえやすかったです。部屋に湯沸かしポットがあれば良かったです。朝食は最低限で、パンや飲み物コーンフレークのみでした。最寄りの21st queens bridge駅までもわかりやすい道のりです。 値段にしては清潔で、ベットも寝心地が良くまた機会が有れば宿泊したいです！

最寄り駅（21St Queens Bridge ）からは10分ほどです。大通りを真っ直ぐに進み左折一回なので場所もわかりやすいです。また、平坦路なのでキャリーなど荷物があっても徒歩移動はしやすいと思います。 ホテルから駅までの治安は、個人的には気になりません。が、人気はさほど多くないので慎重な方はタクシーなどの手段を検討したほうが良いかもしれません。 まわりにお店らしいお店はないので、買い物や食事にはあまり向かないロケーションです。マンハッタンは近いので観光には便利だと思います。 ホテルの部屋は狭いですが、清潔感があり各所にコンセントもあって便利でした。設備は水圧の弱い（とくにトイレ）さだこが気になりました。 朝食はパン、ドーナツ、ヨーグルト、スクランブルエッグと成型肉を炒めたものとドリンク類です。豊富ではないですが、最低限のメニューです。味は…それなりです。 宿泊客は欧米系8割、アジア系2割といった印象です。

とにかく壁が薄いので言い争いもエレベーターの到着も全部聞こえます。 広さとしては十分だしアイロンまで付いてるのにもったいない。

overall the property was clean however, the property was closing down and this was only shared at the time of checking in. this meant that I had to cut my vacation short and book another hotel while fighting to have a refund on the days which I did not stay.

The Nirvana Hotel is very close to the subway station 21.St./Queensboro Bridge, which is only four stations from midtown Manhattan. It‘s a perfect place for staying in NYC but not paying Manhattan prices. The staff in the hotel is very nice and tries to help you in any kind of way. Unfortunately due to Corona the breakfast room is temporarily closed. The hotels is very clean and the room service is very accurate. Unfortunately some hotel guests smoked marijuhana in the hallway, but any time the staff cleaned even the smell by exchanging the air. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We stayed with three people in a two-bed room, which left us a bit space. Two people in that kind of room would be better. The bathroom was clean as well. Only the towels were changed daily, which may be good for a lot of people, but we would have preferred to use the towels for a couple of days. But it is understandable that in many hotels the towels need to be changed more often. Only the very last day in the hotel confused us. Even though we thought it‘s a very good hotel, renovations started. They did not affect our stay, but we really questioned the need of this renovation. Hopefully the hotel is not upgraded to a very fency and expensive hotel - otherwise we would like to stay there again and definately come back!

Hotel was not bad for the price, rooms were small but good overall. However, the acoustic was really bad, and corridors very noisy. From inside the room we could hear doors closing outside, people talking on the corridor, and even the elevator sound. It was hard to sleep at night as we kept waking up with all those noises. Location was good, because it was very close from Manhattan and easy to get there. However, the neighborhood was not the most friendly one.

깨끗하고 냄새나지 않고 넓으면서 역과 가까우며 맨하탄과 가깝습니다 직원은 적당히 친절하며 가격도 그다지 비싸지 않습니다

Stay was ok. Smell of smoke in the room occaisionally and in the halls. Beds not too comfy but not terrible. Phone didn't work and fridge didn't work in room. Room itself was ok and the bathroom was really nice!
