I have stayed at Four points before and I have never had nothing bad to say until now. There was only two staff members that I met and the were both very nice the only problem I had was the fitted sheet had a huge stain on it. I went to front desk she offered a room change but my husband was already in the shower and baby was asleep so I just asked for linen. She gave me the mattress cover and a comforter. The second issue I had was there were only two towels. Everywhere I been we get at least 4. At this point I was just frustrated. But I have no complaints about the rest of stay.

We never got room service and had to ask for towels each night, but was given a bath mat instead bc they were out of towels. Front desk staff was rude.

Very accommodating

This was my first time staying at a Four Points Hotels and I was impressed. Both exterior and interior of facility, to include rooms, was modern. Hotel also has a bar and grill connected via lobby access. Our room was a single king bed room. It was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The small “living” space was nice for sitting and relaxing. Thermostat/HVAC systems for room worked well. We brought our dog for the trip and the hotel was very accommodating and had a large sized grass area to walk her. The gentleman that checked us in was extremely kind and helpful with information. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment in the immediate area. Bricktown, botanical garden, Scissortail park, and PayCom center is just a quick 10 minute drive away. I would absolutely stay again. The staff were great and the venue was nice.

Staff was very nice and helpful. I arrived late and they were nice and gave me a late checkout with no issues.

I really enjoyed this hotel....very clean, well-appointed and comfortable, except for the bed. I was so bummed with the bed! It felt like there was a spring sticking out of the mattress. Other than that, it was great!

This is on an freeway access road, and in house dining menu is basic. I took my dog on a short walk and did not feel comfortable in the area. Thankfully you can get food delivered via apps.

Need to have microwaves in rooms, had to get dressed and go to front desk to warm up food.

Is like the 4th time I stay in this hotel I love it, the service, the food the and they keep it so clean and neat it’s just so nice.

Stay here every time I'm in Oklahoma City. Great place for the price!

Nice rooms and the hotel is clean and in good repair

Friendly staff

Great room for the value. Very limited dining menu and no one answered the phone in the morning for 4 days to order breakfast to go which they advertised. Front desk staff very kind and helpful.

Good enough for a quick trip...key wouldn't work due to dead battery on door lock, so that was kinda a pain but bed was comfy and shower was hot...not steamy hot but good enough.

Rooms need a major updating and renovation. Multiple items did not work: air conditioning, drain in bathroom sink, coffee maker. Fitted sheets too small, kept coming up. Lamps were old and barely worked. The "restaurant" was merely a bar with a few food items on a menu. Took quite a while to get our food. At 8:00 in the evening, there was still breakfast food (waffles, eggs) on the "restaurant" floor. I will not be staying here again. The only good thing was when I checked out, I told the front desk about our issues and she wrote them down. So I appreciate that she listened.

The location was not difficult to find. The property itself looks nice from the outside and also the lobby area is nice. The room has poor lighting, looks very shoddily put together, the entry door had a huge gap where you could see the shoes of people walking by. The front desk staff is obviously owners or family of. They lack warmth and customer service.
