立地が良く、駅や主な観光地も徒歩圏内です。 部屋は天井が高く広くて明るかったです。とても清潔に保たれており、キッチンの備品類、タオルやペーパーなどの消耗品も十分でした。 一度、ルームキーを部屋に残したまま部屋を出てしまいオートロックがかかり締め出されてしまいましたが、オーナーが速やかに対応してくれて問題ありませんでした。 歩いて7,8分の所に比較的大きなスーパーマーケットもあり、食材の調達も便利でした。 スーパーに行く途中に地元の美味しいパン屋があり、毎朝クロワッサンを買って食べていました。 コインランドリーも歩いて5分以内の所にあります。 クロアチアの旧市街はどこもそうですが、エレベーターはなく、階段を使用しなければならず、重いスーツを運び込むのは一苦労です。 アパート前は交通量の多いメイン通りのため、車の音が気になる人は通りに面していない部屋を希望すると良いかもしれません。 我々の滞在はとても快適で、コストパフォーマンスの点からも、ザグレブに泊まる際はぜひまた利用したいと思います。

アパートメントなのでレセプションはありませんが、メールで丁寧にコミュニケーションを取って下さったので、快適に過ごせました。お部屋もおしゃれできれい。提督広場にも近いです

アパートからの連絡が密であり空港からのタクシーも手配してくれ その他の一般的情報も親切に教えてくれた。 アパートも広く 場所も良く おすすめです。 このホテルのおかげで クロアチアの旅行を うまく始めることが出来た。感謝しかありません。

飛行機がキャンセルされたため、泊まることができなかったが、ちゃんとキャンセルの手続きもしました。ですが、50％のキャンセル料金ではなくて、100％の料金で支払わせて（カード会社の連絡より初めて知った）、そのごEXPEDIAに何度も電話した末、やっと50％を返金してくれました。

私達は2泊宿泊しました。チェックインの段取りから送迎タクシーの手配まで丁寧なメールのやりとりで迷うことなくLOOXまでたどり着くことが出来ました。最後の確認のメールを私達が旅行中ですっかり忘れていたために心配をかけたにもかかわらず快く出迎えてくれてハッピーな気持ちでザグレブでの旅行を始めることができました。お部屋はサイトの写真よりとても素敵でした。清潔でお風呂のお湯もたっぷりでました。 帰りのタクシーも手配しつくれて早朝にもかかわらず私達がきちんとのれたかまでタクシーに運転手まで確認の電話をしてくれました。 素敵な旅になりました。またザグレブに来た際はこちらに泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました。 We stayed for 2 nights. I was able to reach LOOX without hesitation by careful e-mail exchange from arrangement of check-in to arrangements of shuttle taxi. Despite worrying that we had forgotten the last confirmation e-mail during the trip we were pleasantly welcomed and we were able to start traveling in Zagreb with a happy feeling. The room was very nice than the picture of the site. It was clean and had plenty of hot water in the bath. We arranged a taxi on the way back and made a telephone call to the driver until taxi, even though we were able to get well despite early morning. It was a wonderful journey. I also want to stay here when I come to Zagreb. Thank you very much.

Alles wie erhofft, schön eingerichtete Unterkunft mit hoher Decke. Gute Erreichbarkeit und Kommunikation per Telefon und Text. Sehr gute Angebote in der Unterkunft für Besichtigungen und andere Aktivitäten in der Stadt, teilweise vergünstigt.

Great space, very walkable to shops, restaurants etc

The unit was beautiful, clean and well furnished. However, the building entry, hall and stairs are old and in need of repair and refreshing - at the very least some paint. The entrance to the building could use some lighting outside - we arrived after dark and it was hard to see the address and hard to see the keypad. The neighborhood made us uncomfortable - poorly lit, graffiti, etc.

Super clean, great location, self entry very easy. Great access to transport. The aparment had a great vibe.

This place was both great and not… Great: Location! Walkable to old town and super Safe. Large and comfortable bed. Super clean and modern. Great communication. Easy self-check in. Not: soooo loud. First floor on a very busy street (I even had ear plugs). Don’t expect to sleep. Tv just didn’t have anything (no cable, satellite or streaming), no coffee machine. No basics in the kitchen like olive oil etc. the apartment was great but the building lobby/stairs very run down/shabby. The door to the apartment had no secondary lock (ie deadbolt) I put the coffee table up against the door. Overall I would recommend for a night or two, but it was so loud with cars don’t stay long unless you are a very very deep sleeper

This is a beautiful, spacious apartment with everything you need. It’s is newly upgraded. The on -line staff is extremely helpful, accommodating, and prompt with communication. Check in is super easy. Couldn’t ask for better.

El apartamento está muy bien, porque se ve moderno, pero el exterior cuando te lo enseñan en foto, da miedo. No tuvimos contacto con anfitrión solo por mensajes, pero pudimos entrar con facilidad al apartamento. Parking en la calle de pago solo 2 h. Metimos el coche en un parking super cercano por 13.30 eur el día. Muy cerca del centro de Zagreb, fuimos caminando 10 min

Can’t beat the location of this very well maintained apartment, right in the town centre. We travelled by train to Zagreb and from the central train station, it was less than a 10 minutes walk. The owner sent very clear instructions to find the apartment and get inside. There is a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, hob with plates, cutlery, pots and pans so were able to have the option to cook if we wanted to. We could visit the town centre very easily, no need to use any public transport. Really enjoyed it!

This place is great! Clean and comfortable and located right in the city, walking distance to everything. The host was responsive with very clear, easy to follow check-in instructions. Always nice to have a full apartment when traveling so it feels more like home.
