景色がとても良く満足しました。 天気が悪かったのが残念

宿泊前からwechatでコンシェルジュとやりとりできたし、快適にすごせました

部屋は美しく清潔、かつ機能的で、ここ以上のホテルを知りません。レストランやスパも申し分なし。立地も地下鉄駅から徒歩2分ほどで抜群。それに加えてサービスも素晴らしかったです。私たちを個人的に担当してくれたAliceさんの心のこもったおもてなしを忘れることはないでしょう。確かに高額なホテルですが、その価値は充分にあると思います。

他のホテルやタクシーの運転手が、ブルガリの名前や場所を知らなくて変なところに連れて行かれて困った。ホテルはクオリティが高く、景色も最高でした。朝食はよかったのですが、下品な中国人家族が多くて雰囲気がいまいちでした。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。日本語ができるので助かりました。

従業員の笑顔と対応はすごく良かったです。また日本語対応していただいたAliceさん感謝します。 また上海へ行きますのでよろしくおねがいします。

My most favorite hotel in shanghai

今回、外灘が見える部屋を予約した。 部屋の天井が高いためか、広く、快適に感じる部屋だった。 ビール4本と、ソフトドリンクは無料。 朝食は、好みによるが、上海スタイルの「おかゆ」が美味しかった。 ホテルスタッフは、ゲストにフレンドリーに話しかけて来るので ブランドのコンセプトに基づく接客教育が、なされていることが 感じられた。 今回の滞在期間では、プールやスパの利用は無かったが 今後、機会があれば、利用したい。

ゆったりとした雰囲気の 高級感溢れるホテルです ホテルマンがチェックアウト後 敷地内の歴史的建造物の案内をしてくださいました。

The river view rooms offer the best view of historic and modern Shanghai. The view is definitely world class. Best hotel in Shanghai!

I really enjoyed my stay. Especially I liked the good hospitality and I want to mention some of the staff by name. Vicky from the concierge service, also Elias from the Chinese restaurant and Penny from the spa were so friendly and helpful! I’ll be sure to stay here again if I ever go back to Shanghai.

Só não foi perfeito porque a comida do hotel, além de ser cara, deixou muito a desejar. Caríssima e com poucas opções. Tive um problema com um hóspede chinês super grosseiro mas não tirou o brilho do hotel.

The spa and fitness center are top-notch, Overall, the Bulgari Hotel Shanghai exceeded my expectations in every way. The attention to detail, luxurious ambiance, and outstanding service makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Shanghai. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel offers a private butler service, and my butler, Sinnie, provided exceptional assistance throughout my stay. She promptly resolved any issues, such as providing a new USB charging cable when needed. During checkout, she also presented a small gift from Bvlgari. Overall, Bvlgari Hotel provides excellent service with cozy room decor. I particularly enjoyed their bedtime tea preparation. The room service staff familiarize themselves with your habits and preferences, ensuring personalized room arrangements. I will choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai.
