Overall location and place is convenient. What I did not like - broken bathroom door (room 417) and not cleaned balcony floor area. Could have been managed better.

The cost , room was smaller than expected and front desk was not helpful

Beautiful area, many convenient places for walking distance. People at the resort are very kind! I would definitely consider coming back to this resort again

Everything was good

Bathroom doors are rolling style that don’t lock. Room ok for one person not that good for two and no good for kids.

Great location.

Pleasant and helpful front desk staff, nice breakfast options for both kids and adults, proximity to restaurants and the beach. Bathroom needs updating, water was leaking through the door, had to use towels to keep the floor dry. Beds were great, so comfy. Nice pool with great views, didn’t get too busy… tried chicken wings off the pool menu, they were great

Well trained staff, great proximity to Sunny Isles Beach and shopping areas and located right on Collins with connectivity in all directions.

Excellent property, great staff, good location

Great location - wonderful breakfast, great stay! The mandatory daily valet of $45 and $30 resort fee is quite high and there are no cheaper options for parking.

Loved the swimming pool and access to the beach.
