There is no lift or hot water in the bathroom. No glasses or cups and no drinking water

The hotel does not have elevator (lift). The luggage needed to be moved to a third floor. Though the bell boy helped, it is not good for anyone to carry heavy luggage by stairs. I wouldn't go there.
