コスパのよいホテルでした。周りも安全でした。地下鉄もほどほどに近く、移動に便利でした。

地下鉄駅からは近いです。地下鉄駅の出口にはコンビニのようなスーパーがあります。地図にあるように、通りは高速道路高架なので、通りの部屋は騒音があります。しかし奥まったホテルなので、奥の方の部屋であれば大丈夫です。ドアが防音ではないのか、廊下の音がよく聞こえます（反対の部屋の話し声も聞こえます）。部屋は狭いです。真ん中にベットを置いてある部屋という感じです。朝食付きですが、飲み物とパンだけという感じで、バイキング形式のようなものは期待しないでください。

Check in was easy and the room itself appeared clean. The room included a mini refrigerator and TV. Although some tabletops were marble, cracks and chips were present as was chipped wood dressers (though did not affect function). The hotel did provide a free continental breakfast. No restaurant for other meals, though a private grocery shop is within walking distance. Parking can be tricky, found across the street under a bridge.

Helpful, friendly. Parked at curb near front door, no charge leaving pretty early (7:30), TV or remotes didn’t work, helpful staff immediately tried to make work, moved to a larger room when couldn’t be. Highway was noisy then but otherwise clean comfortable room. Good spot.

The breakfast had limited offerings. The 2nd morning, almost all the food and drinks were gone half-way through the hours for breakfast. When inquiring at the front desk, we were told that someone would be there to re-stock and also that most guests went out for breakfast. The location was convenient to Sunset Park and Industry City (walking distance).

My staying was great nice room and breakfast was delicious, Well recommend I will return back soon.

BREAKFAST MORE variarity and the waher haves mold in it black

The hotel is facing and underneath the BQE, on an industrial stretch of 3rd Ave. It seems not too safe to walk around at night, but OK during the day. Breakfast was bare bones, not great.

Razoável, preço justo pela curta distância até o metrô, só subir a rua. Cafe da manhã simples, com o básico, sem variedades ( máquina de waffle, muffin de um sabor, bagel, geleia, cream cheese e suco parecia de pozinho. Cama excelente, equipe bem prestativa.

Hotel room was clean, very enjoyable inside. Breakfast was extremely lacking however.

It was very good, no issues had, everything was great. The room was clean and bigger than I expected, which is great!

The place is quite good. The bathroom has been newly renovated and is clean and hygienic. However, the breakfast is rather simple.

The surrounding areas, hallways, elevators, and room have a funny unpleasant odor— I scorned the room I was in, 311. I bought spraying cleaner and disinfectant wipes to make my self feel comfortable, as I needed to wipe down the door handles, the ac unit, bathroom vanity counter, tv remote, refrigerator door because I felt like I scorned the place. 🤔 However, I felt like the best time was when I was either sleeping at nights or away from the hotel. It’s quiet though, and I did not experience any common problems. My only concern was the way the place smell; from the main entrance to the elevator to the hallways to my room. The Chinese lady was nice to allow me to leave my luggage in a storage room or by the front desk. They did not have a real continental breakfast — they had butter, bagels, slices of breads and teas. It was a disappointment because I specifically wanted a decent variety of continental breakfast for my son(16), but the place did not feel inviting so my son refused to leave the room for breakfast. Yuck!

Loved the stay, Great staff, team, and prices.
