Extremely friendly staff. Alexandra was an exceptional waitress and AJ behind the bar was the best. Great facility!!!

Creepy mirror in bedroom, rusty bottles in shower, air conditioner did not cool room, very strong chemical smell on arrival in room, shared refrigerator was warm, only strong coffee available (no lighter blends), shower was very slippery due to dripping bottles. Loved the original floors in room

The Allen Berry was nice but the gym was sparse and there was no airflow. The property boarders a lovely river but there is no way to walk by the river except on a fairly short paved path.

Great place - beautiful location, 2 good places to eat. Clean and comfortable. Only problem is no elevator in the Stone house.

Nice place. Room was fine. Only complaint was there isn’t a chair in the room. Left early, before 8:00am, so no chance for breakfast. Dinner was great.

Unfortunately the pool was not open. It was supposed to be open Memorial Day but apparently there are some issues. Reception staff was very accommodating. Initiation looked out on a roof but the staff member went and checked out other available rooms and changed us to a higher corner room. Breakfast service is also done by front desk staff which can be quite timely based on number of guests and the need to serve the front desk. Bar and restaurant staff were great. Food was very good.

The grounds are beautiful and kept up very nice. We really only needed a bed to sleep in, because during the day we were at a friends house. The bed was nice and comfortable, but we were on the lower level and the sounds of the people above us were a annoying, heard every step they took and they started around 6 am and kept going. So we couldn't sleep in. The place was super clean. The shower needs a little work with the pressure it was so low it took extra time to rinse off. Didn't see much of the rest of the resort but what we did see looked interesting if we had more time to see it all. If we go again, we will ask for floor upstairs and spend more time visiting the whole resort

The resort has a number of buildings. The building we were staying in did not have a mini- fridge, working ice machine or pull-out couch as was stated when the reservation was made. The furnishings were cheaply made and sparse. There was no help after the front desk closed at around 6. The bed was carelessly made. Not any particular attention to detail. The second room they moved us to was nicer but still no working ice machine.

This is a beautiful property - clean room and the restaurant is excellent. My only complaint was that my TV did not work properly.

Great room. Quickly accommodated my husband to a ground floor.

The grounds were very nice. Trout stream out back has lots of fish. Very Quiet overnight, it was easy to sleep. The King bed in the pine lodge was quite comfortable. It was nice to stay the night in a more country setting - very relaxing. My only complaint is regarding the shower - the head was a little low for my 6ft tall frame, and the water did not get good and hot. I mean it was hot water - hotter than warm - , but not as hot as I would have liked it in a shower. I am glad I stayed, will likely stay again. I really liked the relaxed, countrified feel of the campus.
