We have stayed here before and usually enjoy the hotel. This time was very different. The check in agent was rude and abrupt and very unhelpful. The breakfast room was unclean (9th floor upstairs) and the food was low quality and limited options. The dishes were dirty and there was not a clean table available. The dish pans were overflowing with dirty dishes and we never saw a worker once. The pillows in the room were flat and very uncomfortable, our bathroom was not very clean and they never replaced the towels once during our two night stay. We did enjoy having a view of the football field and watched the Huskies play. The attendant that helped us at checkout was very pleasant and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious with the air conditioning working very well. Easy to find parking and the proximity to the university was unmatched.
