とても静かで、清潔で、コンセントがたくさんあって、エアコンも効いて快適でした。 スタッフさんの説明も明瞭でよかったです。

丁寧な接客にオーナーのセンスが随所に感じられる館内。良い意味での手作り感とぬくもりを感じられとても良い時間が過ごせました。タイミングよく看板猫さんにも外でお会いできました！　小田原での素敵な思い出を有難うございました。

ファミリールームを利用させていただきましたが、とにかく全てが最高でした。子供たちも子供大喜びでした。ありがとうございました！！

めちゃくちゃ壁が薄いので他の宿泊者の声が丸聞こえです。そのせいか耳栓まで置いてありますw

3年前にリノベーションされた民家で、4部屋かな。1階に界隈で飼われている懐っこい猫がいます。お風呂とトイレはこの4部屋で共有なのですが、玄関、お風呂のタイル、お部屋のソファなどがいちいち可愛いです。 ビジネスホテルに泊まり続けていると、部屋にユニットバスがあっても自分がビジネスライクに扱われているようで、幸せには感じません。 けれどこの宿は違うんです。壁が少し薄いので音が聞こえたりしますが、古民家で懐かしくなって、このまま幸せになってしまいそうな雰囲気があるんです。

ゲストハウスですが、必要な設備は揃っており、親戚の家に泊まりにきた感覚です。 古い家屋なため、隣の部屋の音はよく聞こえますし、扉を開け閉めする音、廊下のきしむ音等、気になることはありますが、、皆お互い気を付けて宿泊されていました。

お布団フカフカで子どもたちも大喜びでした。

宿泊施設が思いかけず少ない小田原で、駅に近く清潔なこの施設に重宝しました。スタッフもフレンドリーで、いろいろ地元のことについて親切に教えていただきました。

I really love the amenities provided and the overall vibe of the ryokan, which is welcoming and calm the second I step into the property.

This was the perfect spot for our trip in Odawara! Not only are the staff incredibly kind and accommodating, they provide small touches that make their guests feel welcome, like inviting us to sit for tea upon arrival, the 24/7 complementary coffee/tea and the cozy pajamas. Just a short walk to everything we wanted! Under 10 minutes to many izakaya options for dinner, 24 hour onsen, train station and Odawara Castle! We recommend Ryokan Plum to anyone staying in the area! Close to train station Did: 24hr onsen, ryokan plum, Odawara castle -travel back to haneda: Odawara train —> Shinagawa —> haneda

Beds were soft and comfortable, and we loved the shared room! Nice area, friendly staff. The one small criticism we had that was unique to the 5 person room was that the toilet was shared with the bar next door. It was a bit old, but otherwise still very clean. Would still definitely stay here again.

The staff is very friendly. Bathrooms and shower room were shared but there is an easy system to make sure no one is in each others way. Room was very spacious, great amenities, gave good recommendations for dinner and things to do. Free coffee and tea in the morning. Would stay again (plus the cat visited each night and was adorable).

So glad we found this place!!

Accoglienza super. Gentilezza e attenzione ai dettagli. Tipica esperienza in un ryokan originale: scelta dello yukata. Futon e tatami. Angolo relax con tè a disposizione.

The staff was very welcoming. It was clear they put effort into enabling a nice stay (e.g. comfortable bedding, convenient outlets, bottles of water, coffee, books, etc.). Only small oddity was toilet for private room was shared with bar until 10 PM, but didn’t end up being issue for us.

It was great and spacious room. Loved the traditional pajamas they let us use.

Ryokan Plum is very cozy and beautiful. In our tired moments, just relaxing in our room or the lobby was a fantastic pastime. The staff was extremely friendly and proactively helping us in arriving, with local recommendations, or feel at ease in the guesthouse. Gorokichi, the cozy orange tabby cat, is also a huge plus.
