総合評価とレビュー Le Premier Boutique Hotel

周辺の建物や施設ホテルに比べて非常に綺麗。まだ出来上がって3年ほどらしい。サウナが24時間使えたり朝食がとても美味しかったです。またザグレブへ行く際はこちらのホテルに泊まりたいとおもいます。チェックイン時に100ユーロ預けてほしいと言われた時はびっくりしましたが、税金を引いて戻ってくるとのことで待ちます。基本的にホテルで使ったお金はカードでしか支払えないようです。

観光に便利な立地。全体的に良かったが、室内アメニティに、コンディショナー、ボディーソープがあれば尚良かった。

建物、設備共にとても綺麗でした。

部屋は広くて綺麗でしたが、初日に使ったティーカップが清掃後にも洗われていなかった。 また、清掃後に足拭きマットが補充されていなかった。 しかし、フロントの対応も良く全体的にはそこそこ満足。

Hotel boutique impecável, desde o atendimento às comodidades, passando pela estrutura com um bar muito charmoso, espaço para os amantes de tabaco, cigarros, charutos… Restaurante fantástico que serve um bom café da manhã e um jantar maravilhoso com entradas, prato principal e sobremesa. Tanto a comida como o atendimento são impecáveis e o preço é justo. Alias, o staff é excelente e procura ajudar com tudo. As massagistas, orientais, são fantásticas. Fiz uma massagem com minha esposa e saímos renovados. É preciso marcar com antecedência e preparam o spa exclusivamente para os hóspedes, com direito a sauna. Infelizmente a sauna a vapor estava fora de operação, mas a seca funcionava bem. Falta oferecer uma água quente para o chá - é preciso solicitar - e água gelada para depois da sauna. O quarto é bem espaçoso com bons produtos de higiene corporal. A uma pequena caminhada das principais atrações de Zagreb. Adoramos.

Very friendly staff, excellent rooms an dining

The room was very clean. The reception people were super polite and kind. breakfast was Okay.

Wanted somewhere close enough to the airport this is, with parking, gym, breakfast and a baby cot. It checked all those boxes and was reasonable. Staff were very friendly, gym is clean and has some modern equipment including weights, mats and machines. Room was ample comfortable and with air conditioning which was much appreciated with our 5 month old and the warm summer weather. Great blackout blinds too. Breakfast had hot and cold options with pretty good variety. They have vegan milk available just ask.

Room was great, clean and a nice size. Bed,bedding, pillows and towels all a good a guality. Towels are a nice size...big. Bathroom is spaceous with good water pressure....water was warm did not get really hot tho. Reception was good and staff all nice. We did the couples massage was a good price and the girls where good. Hotel was quiet did not really hear the other guests. Now location ...location was great we walked from the train station and walked everyehere,it is close to most attractions and restaurants. Loved it we would stay again!

The hotel is perfect in everything Staffs are very friendly and kind My note only thatbthe breakfast need to improve to add more kind of foods.

Amazing in all aspects

As per usual, everything was awesome, i especially love the location and the friendly staff

The hotel is nice and the staff are pleasant and helpful, Ivor was so helpful in giving perfect recommendations for dining and travel between cities. The location is fine but not as good as some other comparative hotels around. The VIP amenity which is presented as a Spa on Expedia turned out to be a mere sauna bath, which was available to other guests as well. Although I always include breakfast in my bookings, somehow the inclusion was missed in this one! Despite having another booking at the hotel later in the week which was checked by the hotel and found to be included, they insisted on charging full price for the current stay which was double the price of the one included in the booking!

Nice room, very quiet hotel, it was a bit of a a walk to get to the centre but doable.
