スタッフは、明るく親切で対応してくれとても心地よかったです。 朝ごはんも美味しい。 ホテル内もゴージャスで清潔感に富んでいて快適にすごしました。 ホテルの立地が坂の途中に健在しているので、大きなカバンをお持ちの場合は、大変でした。その点以外は申し分無く◎です！ また、マルタにくることがあったら利用したいです。

素敵な部屋。賑やかな通りから離れているので静か。星が4.5となっているが、サービスは特別なものはなく、いたって普通。

スタッフの全員がにこやかで、とてもよかったです。またいろんなことの情報を提供してくださり嬉しかったです。部屋も満足ものでしたし、リクエストにもちゃんと応えてくださり、快適なホテルライフを送れました。非常にお薦めです。

バスタブのある部屋だったらもっと過ごしやすかったかも。7泊させてもらいましたが、毎日歩き回って足が疲れていたので、やはりバスタブにつかれたら良かったな、と。事前にリクエストしておけばよかったと思いました。海外のお部屋にしてはアメニティなど充実してたし、USBの差込口が何個もあったので、変換器いらずでした。ただ、お部屋のセキュリティボックスの暗証番号の設定がいくらやってもエラーになり。。そもそも0か1しかボタンが反応しなかったのも変だな？と思い。。危ないと思いつつ、貴重品はスーツケースに毎日しまって、鍵をしていました。

Friendly staff, convenient place, clean room. Hot tab was great. We told that it's our honeymoon stay before check-in, so the hotel gave us bottle of champagne and room decoration! (Not sure if these services were for our honeymoon or not, though…)

室内は広く、清潔でした。 朝食も美味しくメインを選ぶ他にもビュッフェ形式で果物やチーズなどもあります。どれも美味しく朝から満腹になりました。（オレンジジュースは粒が入っていて美味です） 　フロントのスタッフは親切でチェックアウト後、時間がなくエアーメールを投函を頼んだら快く引き受けてくれました。 立地場所も良く次回、バレッタを訪れることがあれば是非宿泊したいし、友達などにもお薦めできるホテルです。

バレッタの旧市街の中で、ロケーションは最高。近くには地元の人が通う美味しいレストランが多数あり、食料や日用品が買えるお店もすぐそばにあり便利なところでした。設備は新しく、清潔に手入れされていました。朝食は１０品くらいの中からオーダーするものでしたが、美味しくボリュームもあり満足しました。ただ場所柄望むべくもないのですが、窓からの眺望は最上階のスイート以外はありません。

世界遺産のビルを改装したプチホテルで、キレイにかつ高級に改装してあり快適に過ごせます。 家具や調度品もしっかりしており、また清掃も行き届いていて落ち着いて滞在てきます。 観光コースでもある有名なオールドベーカリー通りにあるので、ヴァレッタを見て回るには最適ではないでしょうか。 サービスも素晴らしかったです。 次回またヴァレッタに泊まる場合は再訪すると思います。

オールドべーカーストリートの素敵なホテル。スタッフは親切で丁寧でした。4泊しましたが、掃除も行き届いて快適でした。バスタブも深くていいです。ドアが重くて開けずらかったです。チェックアウトの時にタクシーを頼んだら、なかなか捕まらずに前日に予約しておくことを勧められました。

Very close to lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Hotel is beautiful and has a lovely pool terrace area. Great breakfast included. Room was very clean with mini bar, hair dryer, shampoo, TV, bathrobes, slippers, etc. Staff wonderful, would definitely staff again!

Very helpful and thoughtful staff. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Breakfast service excellent as guests are spread in several smaller rooms but never felt forgotten about!

Breakfast was excellent. It was a great deal included with the stay which included a good selection of cold continental buffet. You were also able to select one hot breakfast from their menu too. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean however noticed some parts were aging (rust in bathroom) and sometimes dusty in the room. No fault of the hotel but after using the taps or toilet there would be a lingering “sewer” smell. Overall I would still recommend as the hotel is also within walking distance to the many key tourist attractions/sites/restaurants within Valletta.

Exceptionally clean room, spacious bathroom, EASY to operate shower. Firm matress. Quaint and elegant. Breakfast buffett very nice, great choice of complimentary hot dishes. Staff was super-attentive, friendly, and polite.

Very enjoyable overall. The one negative item worth mentioning would be the the warmth in one of our rooms. Their AC was not on for the season, as expected. But the room held it's overly warm temperature even with the balcony doors cracked. Not feeling comfortable sleeping with the doors open it made it difficult to sleep.

Staff were the very best: attentive and incredibly friendly. Room was very clean. We were a party of 3 friends: the staff immediately changed the bed from a double to 2 singles before we had even unpacked. Breakfast was so civilised, prepared fresh to order with great coffee served as requested. Pool area is great. One of our party was brave enough to take a swim. Perfect location in a nice quiet area of Valletta. No complaints whatsoever. Oh and filtered water supplied in the room daily
