どこの観光地へ行くにもアクセスがとてもよくて、便利でした。洗濯機や食洗機等がありとてもよかったです。朝ごはんはパンとチーズや牛乳など豪華でよかったです。

非常に綺麗で、とても快適でした。ハンドソープ、ボディローションがとてもいい香りで、建物全体がすごくいい匂いがしました。 スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、新婚旅行の私たちにいくつものサプライズを用意してくれました。上の階の物音が少し響くことがあったが、スタッフに相談するとすぐに対応してくださいました。異国の地で不安になる場面があってもホテルに戻るとあったかいスタッフと快適なホテルにとても癒されました。 機会があればまた泊まりたいと思います。

快適で、サービスも完璧でした。 連続でお風呂に入ると、お湯が出なくなることがあるので気をつけてください。

部屋は広く、新しく良がったが、アメニティの充実度や、部屋のクリーニングがもう少し良いとより良かった。

2018年にリノベーションした新しいホテルです。 ロシオ駅から徒歩4-5分ほど。プラタ通りを歩けばすぐ着きます。どこへ行くにも便利な場所です。 リノベーションされてますのでお部屋は相当きれいです。しかも食器や洗濯機、トースター、キッチンなどあらゆる設備がありました。文句ないです。水回りもきれいでしたし。シャワーの水圧も問題ありません。また、狭いホテルですので朝食会場はありません。 唯一、いや二つだけ不満があるとすれば、①ティッシュがない。トイレットペーパーのみ。まぁヨーロッパなので仕方ないかもしれないですが。②ゴミ箱が洗面所に一つしかない。リビングにも置いてほしい。 トータルしても素晴らしいホテルですのでまたリスボンに滞在した際にはぜひ利用したいですね。

2/19-23にStudio roomに私と妻の2名で宿泊。3ヶ月前くらいに予約したら1万円以下で宿泊できた。率直に言って、非の打ち所が無いくらい素晴らしい。立地、部屋の広さや設備、スタッフともに完璧。立地は地下鉄ロシオ駅及びバイシャ・シアド駅から徒歩３分程度。部屋はスーツケース2個を開けても十分な広さがあり、乾燥機付き洗濯機まで備えている。スタッフは親切かつ爽やかで、流暢な英語を話し、チェックイン時にリスボン観光に関するレクチャーもしてもらえた。２日目の朝、ドアのノブに手紙とプレゼントのパンがかけられており、こうした配慮も嬉しかった。リスボンに滞在する機会があれば、間違いなくこのホテルに宿泊する。

Wir haben mit drei Kindern Lissabon besucht. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns. Die Lage war perfekt, das Personal sehr nett und die Wohnung super ausgestattet!! Auch das Frühstück war perfekt für uns!! Absolute Empfehlung!!

Staff is very attentive to our needs.

This is an excellent property with walking distance towards the water, shopping area, and restaurants. The front desk service was FANTASTIC. Questions were answered quickly and they had taxis called for us on our departure date. They also offer complimentary staples on your fridge… we had some fruit, eggs, cheese, coffee/tea stocked. They also delivered a bread bag in the morning with rolls, croissants, and custard tarts. Extra bottles of water given on request. We had room 502 and it was more than enough for our family of 5. Clean rooms, bathrooms, and living area. Loved how the front desk met us in our room to explain how everything works and to recommend popular eatries in the area. Will definitely be back.

Excellent choice! Clean, staff is always available, VERY comfortable bed and pillows, might be the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a rental. Great breakfast offer. Very centrally located yet be aware taxi cant drive you up to the entrance as the street is pedestrian only. Elevator is a plus. Dishwasher and AC is a ++. Quite. Safe.

Excellent location and great size room for a family

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The items provided in the kitchen were outstanding. These included eggs, fresh fruits, wine, milk and yoghurt. Hotel is in a very central location with tram out the front. I was concerned this would be noisy but did not hear a thing with doors closed

The staff was attentive and did a fantastic job to make our stay comfortable. The location is great for sight seeing across Lisbon

Small in unit combo washer/dryer

The apartments are in a very central location to walk around Lisbon. The staff are super helpful (thank you Beatrice!) and pleasant. The room we had was large with a bed and two pull out beds, accommodating four of us easily. They loaded us up with eggs, granola, cheese, fruit and breads to have a lovely breakfast in the morning. The kitchen is well equipped and it was helpful to be able to do a load of laundry there. The place is very clean and has all you need to stay in Lisbon and feel like you have a great home-base.
