The unit had two bathrooms which was very nice. The place was very clean overall and the little outdoor patio allowed us to dry out some wet clothing. Julija was so pleasant at check-in and she set up a taxi for us for a 4:30AM trip to the airport. The driver showed up right on time.

This is a wonderful little hotel, situated a stones throw from the old town in Split. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again if we ever found ourselves back in Split for a few days!

What a wonderful home away from home in Split! Perfect location, incredibly generous size, clean, parking on site. We arrived late, and Julia was just so warm and accommodating and generous and friendly. She is a gem. What a delightful stay!

Great location. Close proximity to Old Town and all the great Restaurants and Bars. Far enough away to be quiet and comfortable. Room was beautiful and well appoointed.

This property deserves a 10 out of 10. From very helpful and friendly staff to right on the edge of great eating and the Palace, we wouldn’t consider anything else if we ever went back.

Wonderful location for exploring Split. Contemporary hotel with all the amenities. Safe parking in underground parking garage for a fee. Close to dining, shopping, waterfront etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely central property, Julia really helpful in showing things to do, places to eat and more.

Property entrance was not super obvious. There is a back door you use to enter the building. You can also access the property from the garage. Julija was very helpful in helping us get to the property and showed us around. Although the service was satisfying, I personally will not stay at a property without common areas again. There is a reason why they only show pictures of the room and location, but no exterior and interior of the building. It looks to us like they just own one floor of this building (not sure what the rest was). We're not used to this type of set-up. If you can pay more, maybe don't try to save the money and stay somewhere else instead. If you have a rather tight budget, this property have the basics to meet your needs. It is in a great location though, walking distance to Riva promenade - close enough to things but far enough from loud areas.

Julija was amazing! She replied to messages promptly and met us to assist with parking. She made sure we were settled and had everything we needed. She also recommended great options for dining and sightseeing. The location was excellent and walkable. The room was clean and comfortable, very spacious. Definitely recommended, for families too. Would return.
