一流のおもてなしで、満足です

部屋もオシャレだし、1階が雰囲気あって素敵でした。

とてもお洒落な以前は銀行だったホテル 一階は生演奏が聴けるラウンジに 地下には大きな金庫だったところを ラウンジにもしていました。 銀行の金庫に入れるもの貴重な体験が出来ました。 アメニティもお洒落なアメニティが沢山ありました。 お部屋もクラシカルで素敵です。

サイデルとSOHOHOUSEの差なのかインパクトあるロビー空間と部屋のデザインが合っていないような気がする。

コンパクトな部屋でしたが清潔で心地よい部屋でした。日本人にとっては少し照明が慣れていない暗さでした。 レストランやバーも複数あり朝食も良かったです。

日本でいう丸ノ内のようなところにある。 観光拠点から少しだけ

立地もサービスも部屋もクラシックな感じで最高でした。 エントランス、ロビーも雰囲気よく夜は質のいいライブの演奏もしていて、文句のつけようがありません。 ジムやプールも楽しめました。

スイート／スタジオに3泊しました。 設備やアメニティーが充実しており満足の行く滞在でしたが、一般的なホテル滞在を希望される方にはオススメ出来ません。 会員制クラブでもあるため、入るには入口で「会員か？」を毎回確認されます。ドアマンが複数いますが会員達の対応に追われて宿泊客が放置される事もしばしば。夕方以降は会員達の入場行列が出来て出入口が大混雑。ようやく中へ入って宿泊客用エレベーターに乗るには、飲んで踊って大騒ぎする酔客の人混みをぬうように進まねばならず、高齢者連れの方は厳しいかも知れません。 私の宿泊したスタジオルームは、エレベーターを降りた後に3回も階段を昇り降りせねばならず、大きな荷物はポーターにお願いしないと運ぶのが難しいような場所でした。 しかながら部屋に入れば快適。地下のレストランやバーは雰囲気があり、スタッフも皆感じが良かったです。

とっても雰囲気は良く、おしゃれで隅々までこだわったインテリアが素敵です。アメニティもめずらしく歯ブラシやマウスウォッシュやリップクリームまで付いてます。バスタブも入りやすく、ハンドシャワーやレインシャワーも付いており、水圧もバッチリでした！しかし部屋のティーカップのフチが欠けていて危ない、ターンダウンサービスがすごく遅い(19時か20時くらい？)無料のミネラルウォーターのサービスがあったり無かったり(無い日の方が多い。)など、5ツ星ホテルの気の利いたサービスに期待しない方がいいです。また部屋や階数にもよるのでしょうが、深夜までレストランやバーのライブの音や話し声が聞こえてきてうるさいので、騒音が苦手な方は要注意です！近くにテスコがあり、飲み物などはそこで調達しました。またホテルを出てすぐ前が地下鉄のバンク駅なので交通の利便性は良いです。ちなみにタクシーでヒースロー空港から約110£でホテルまで来れました。チェックアウトの際にトランクと荷物が多いので取りに来てくれるよう二回も頼んだのですが、全然来てくれず困りました…。スタッフは多いのですが、おしゃべりに夢中な感じでサービスに期待はしない方がいいです。もう一度泊まりたいかというと微妙な感じのホテルです。賑わっていて素敵な雰囲気ではあるのですが…。

Mycket nöjd med min vistelse på The Ned.

The challenge with the NED is the photos show a rooftop open are pool and seating area and a basement pool and spa. Plus multiple bars and restaurants. You think you are buying into an experience you can enjoy for a weekend. Unfortunately you are just getting a room. Even if you splash out for a great room, it’s just a room. Then spa is extra, the breakfast is extra, everything is chargeable, plus hidden charges. And the greatest scam, the rooftop is members only and not available to guests at all, so why include the pictures?

Room was huge, beautiful and very clean. We loved that there were so many great restaurants in the property.

We had a fabulous time at The Ned! We were celebrating and the staff, especially Isis and Conrad made the experience so special. The restaurants were spectacular, even just a burrito was beyond. We can’t wait to return, thank you all for your hospitality!

Great vibe and atmosphere

The Ned is an expensive hotel. It is worth every penny. From the welcome from the doorman (Scott was wonderful), all the staff were fabulous. Everything is top class and they cannot do enough for you. Didn’t want to go out into London. Already planning our return visit. If you can afford The Ned, treat yourself.

Brilliant stay at The Ned. Such a lovely hotel with old school charm. Loved the Spa and the Rooftop Bar. Disappointed with the food we had in Millie’s Bar. The Bites were great & the wine too. The atmosphere was lovely but the main meals let down the overall experience. This aside, it’s not put us off returning to the hotel as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stunning hotel, wonderful bar and good choices, fabulous location, expensive but worth it for a special occasion

Great for couples, not entirely suitable for families with kids as Spa Club etc are every limited for kids

Lovely atmosphere

Beautiful hotel, in a former 1920's bank. Luxurious lobby/lounge areas with several restaurant options in the hotel. Good location in City of London/financial district. A little far to main tourist attractions (20 min), but we always enjoyed comming back at the end of the day.
