Rooms were very clean and staff was friendly. I was able to use the shared bathroom without waiting.

This is the BEST HOTEL ever!! There is so fashionable, clean room and good bathroom! Also staffs are VERY nice and kind! When I got a key problem, they helped me a lot. Then next day, they gave me a small gift with them apologize ! Actually I didn’t get any angry and I didn’t care about that, but their support was very nice. It makes me happy. If you love beach, you should stay here but it’s a little bit difficult to get to the city. You don’t need worry about it because near the hotel has a bus stop which go to City directly!!

部屋は清潔で、フロントの女性達もみなとてもフレンドリーで感じか良かったです。ただバストイレ付きとそうでない部屋があるので、予約時に要注意です。

トイレとシャワーが共同だったので使いづらかったことを除けば、清潔でとても感じが良いホテルでした。

Spotlessly clean! Very comfortable bed, Staff communication great and the amenities. All round a lovely place to stay and location.

The mattress on the bed I slept on needs to be replaced please. It provided me with very little back support. I kept waking up during the night as I was uncomfortable. Also when booking it needs to be made clear when the booked room involves a significant “climb" to get to the floor it is on. The elderly or less mobile guest would have found it very difficult, or have been unable to manage the stairs. This would be an especially important issue if the guest was staying a number of nights. Apart from this I had a fairly enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Great location. Lovely staff. Very modern and clean, very useful communal kitchen area. The rooms are small, but this is reflected in the price. Good value for money.

Great customer service. Rooms are clean. The shared bathroom is no problem at all. Highly recommend the Baxley.

Our first room was a little disappointing but the staff moved us to a much better room, which was more comfortable and quiet. The bed was super comfortable with nice soft soft bedding. The shared kitchen is a nice place to chill with a coffee watching tv.

Great experience

The room was spotless and bright. The staff were courteous and helpful. The facilities were well appointed, stylish, and perfect for relaxation. I will be planning another visit to Australia and hope to use the facilities again.

Check in complicated room was a poststamp I choose a room with en-suite but it was positioned between 4 bathrooms for the other guests doors slammed all night, area around was run down Very very overpriced glorified backpackers.

There was an annoying noise from the ceiling that would come on for 3 seconds every 15 min or so all day and night.

Room was very clean and staff very helpful. 15 min walk to Bondi and easy access to the metro.
