フィール大阪湯での滞在は、私たちにとってとても素敵な経験でした。寝室、トイレ、キッチンはとても清潔でした。カズさんはとても親切で丁寧で、夫が体調を崩した時には薬を出してくれて、加湿器も使わせてくれました。

Impeccable service. It was my first time to travel internationally and Kaz was a great help when I was in trouble. There was also a bit of orientation upon checking in, and a map of suggested places to see nearby. Location is in a quiet neighbourhood near Dotonbori and 2 subway lines, which is a good jump-off place when travelling around Osaka. I stayed in the women-only floor. Facilities are modern, the place is relatively new and clean, there are two vending machines inside the building, extra blankets (didn't need it during my stay) and extra hangers. Best is Kaz because he can speak English well and he is very helpful and it's easy to talk to him.
