距離火車站跟熱拿亞皇宮很近，服務親切，房間打掃的很乾淨，早餐可選擇的品項不多，卻也剛好，選次訂Junior Suite,房間，客廳都有大窗戶，是最洗歡的部份。

ジェノバの駅からすぐですが、チェックインのフロントにはHNN系列の別のホテル名になっているのでわかりにくいです。ホテルの人はあまりプロフェッショナルな感じではありません。ホテルのある隣の建物に案内された時に私はスーツケースとキャリーケースを持っていましたが、どちらか一つも運んでくれませんでした。部屋はおしゃれで快適ですが、ホテル名にLuxuryと名付けるのはやりすぎかと思います。

駅から近くわかりやすい。外観やエレベーターは歴史を感じたが、中は静かでとても広くフロア全体にリノベーションされていて清潔でキレイでした。 エアコンや水回りも問題無く快適に過ごせた。 ソファーベッドがシーツ等セットされていて、簡単にすぐ使えたので便利だった。ジェノバに来たらまた利用したい。外の雨戸が開放時に止められなかったので直した方が良い。

レイトチェックインはできずに、朝まで待つこともあると記載があり不安でしたが、エクスペディアのチャットでの交渉は英語も通じ、当日も0時過ぎまで受付を待ってくれていました。

Ottima posizione, personale gentilissimo, camere grandi e pulite e colazione super. Raccomandatissimo per un soggiorno a Genova

Nós pegamos o que seria a melhor suite, era enorme porém muito mal mobiliada, prédio velho, decoração péssima, chuveiro bom, cama boa, pertinho da estação de trem. Café da manhã atendente bem mal-humorada e não tinha reposição das frutas frescas, muita coisa industrializada. Não vale a pena pegar com café. Recepção não funciona 24 horas

Hotel molto ben posizionato, vicino la Stazione, fermata Bus e Taxi. Vicina al Porto Antico attraverso una breve passeggiata. Camera sempre ben pulita, colazione completa di tutto. Personale molto grntile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo per futuri soggiorni

Great location, close to the train station. Very walkable. The room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel is handy to the station. The rooms are huge with a separate bedroom but they are a bit devoid of furnishings to fill the space. They are also very dark. Some of the staff are are little abrupt. We had checked out of our room before breakfast so had our bags outside of the breakfast area and we got told that if we sit there after we finished eating we can't leave our bags there. I had to tell her we were leaving for an early train and i was waiting for my husband who was in the bathroom!!!

Excellent location close to station. Good dining options. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Well located near train station an key city sites. Clean, modern room with friendly and helpful reception staff.

Hotel d'accès très compliqué en voiture, en dépit du GPS. Nous avions réservé via l'hôtel un parking à proximité mais lors de la réservation l'hôtel nous avait demandé de passer d'abord à la réception pour le check-in et pour nous donner le nom du parking. Si nous avions eu le nom du parking à l'avance, facile d'accès et situé non loin de l'hôtel nous n'aurions pas perdu une demi-heure à chercher à accéder à l'hôtel. Titre pompeux (suite présidentielle!!!) pour un logement convenable sans plus.

The location was great- just a few moments walk from the main train station. Some great restaurants nearby. Good location for catching bus links to explore further afield. Easy to walk to sea front etc.

Excellent location, less than 5 minutes walk from Piazza Principe station. Around 20 minutes walk to main attractions. Luggage storage which is great. Breakfast excellent, definitely recommend it.

Quarto enorme, com 2 tvs e um banheiro limpo e bom. Só o café da manhã com pouca variedade. Mas gostei muito
