距離火車站跟熱拿亞皇宮很近，服務親切，房間打掃的很乾淨，早餐可選擇的品項不多，卻也剛好，選次訂Junior Suite,房間，客廳都有大窗戶，是最洗歡的部份。

ジェノバの駅からすぐですが、チェックインのフロントにはHNN系列の別のホテル名になっているのでわかりにくいです。ホテルの人はあまりプロフェッショナルな感じではありません。ホテルのある隣の建物に案内された時に私はスーツケースとキャリーケースを持っていましたが、どちらか一つも運んでくれませんでした。部屋はおしゃれで快適ですが、ホテル名にLuxuryと名付けるのはやりすぎかと思います。

駅から近くわかりやすい。外観やエレベーターは歴史を感じたが、中は静かでとても広くフロア全体にリノベーションされていて清潔でキレイでした。 エアコンや水回りも問題無く快適に過ごせた。 ソファーベッドがシーツ等セットされていて、簡単にすぐ使えたので便利だった。ジェノバに来たらまた利用したい。外の雨戸が開放時に止められなかったので直した方が良い。

レイトチェックインはできずに、朝まで待つこともあると記載があり不安でしたが、エクスペディアのチャットでの交渉は英語も通じ、当日も0時過ぎまで受付を待ってくれていました。

Staff support was completely ABSENT. No help whatsoever . We needeed help with lugggage or cart, same answer, Cant help you. Room was just fine

Personnel courtois, propreté au rdv. Par contre, aucun stationnement disponible a moins de 5 minutes de marche, suite du 4 ême etage extrêmement bruyante, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe a l'étage, la douche est limitée a 5 min sinon on finit a l'eau froide et pour finir petit déjeuner moyen.

Good hotel near to the cruise port The room very nice, clean

The room we had was large and clean, the towels were bath sheets. Denise who welcomed us was wonderful showing us around and giving us ideas on what to do and see in Genova.

Room 404. The shower did not function properly. At first, hot water worked fine, after a couple of minutes, only cold water, so my husband could not shower. Great location near the train station and walking distance to the maritime museum (we loved that museum!). Delicious Italian food across the street, many other restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful woman at reception. Easy to check in at the one hotel, then walk a short distance to our spacious room with comfortable bed. Historic elevator, which we found entertaining, but we were warned that if someone forgot to close its door, then the elevator would not work.

The room was very spacious, very nice overall. Not too much lighting main room but bedroom was great. Super clean, very good bathroom, including luxury towels. Heating worked well though sometimes the water wasn’t too hot. Very good breakfast though limited selection (no eggs) but great coffee machine.

Stay was okay. Sheets were very thin for it being a cold time of year during my visit. No blankets were available. I also got stuck at the elevator when I was checking out because another person left the elevator for open (the old school kind where there’s is a door to open in order to enter or exit the elevator). On the good side, check in and out were easy and simple. The fixings and decor were nice and it felt very posh from that perspective. It is centrally located/walkable and the staff were very affable.

Great location in a walkable area along the coast. The breakfast variety was excellent. The service staff were friendly and very accommodating. For example we had an early departure prior to the opening to the breakfast dining room however the staff provided several croissants for our trip.
