総合評価とレビュー HNN Luxury Suites

距離火車站跟熱拿亞皇宮很近，服務親切，房間打掃的很乾淨，早餐可選擇的品項不多，卻也剛好，選次訂Junior Suite,房間，客廳都有大窗戶，是最洗歡的部份。

ジェノバの駅からすぐですが、チェックインのフロントにはHNN系列の別のホテル名になっているのでわかりにくいです。ホテルの人はあまりプロフェッショナルな感じではありません。ホテルのある隣の建物に案内された時に私はスーツケースとキャリーケースを持っていましたが、どちらか一つも運んでくれませんでした。部屋はおしゃれで快適ですが、ホテル名にLuxuryと名付けるのはやりすぎかと思います。

駅から近くわかりやすい。外観やエレベーターは歴史を感じたが、中は静かでとても広くフロア全体にリノベーションされていて清潔でキレイでした。 エアコンや水回りも問題無く快適に過ごせた。 ソファーベッドがシーツ等セットされていて、簡単にすぐ使えたので便利だった。ジェノバに来たらまた利用したい。外の雨戸が開放時に止められなかったので直した方が良い。

レイトチェックインはできずに、朝まで待つこともあると記載があり不安でしたが、エクスペディアのチャットでの交渉は英語も通じ、当日も0時過ぎまで受付を待ってくれていました。

In the middle of town, very choose to the train station. Very charming and spacious room

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, THIS IS A WARNING TO NOT BOOK HERE!!! We had to wait 4 hours outside before checking inn. There was no contact number, except for the one that rang in the reception, and it was closed. But even after all that they were so rude!! There is no information provided for late checkinn. We had kids with us. In the morning instead of apologizing THEY wanted to CHARGE US EXTRA for not checking inn on time we were at hotel 22:00 and got help to checkinn at 02:00 am! NOTHING about this hotel is good for us. Will not recommend.

Check in was quick and easy. The hotel is very modern, the best in Italy so far. Very close to the train station. Only downfall was the wifi whic didn’t work most times and breakfast was very basic but ok. Can not comment muvh on staff as only saw them at check-in and checkout due to being in a different building.

This hotel was equal to (in a really good way) staying at home! We prepaid for 2 rooms and had 5 people in our party. Everyone agreed that this was one of the best stays we had in our month long Italian Adventure. By this point in our trip we had several great places we stayed. However this hotel delivered easily the best sleep since leaving home. Their breakfast service was also a great plus to our stay. We would do it all over again!

We had to move to another hotel after waiting a long time for them to fix the AC. The whole day spent with the hotel and expedia trying to fix the AC, which it never work. Andrea from the front desk told expedia a lie saying the issue was fixed, which is not true. Hotel promise fans that never deliver to us. It is the first time I have a bad expirience with expedia and the first time I encounter such a poor customer service in a hotel and a lack of caring for the customer. I paid for a service that they advertise -room with AC- and I did not get that. Horrible experience.

El hotel se encuentra en un edificio muy muy viejo (como todo en Genova), habitaciones bien reformadas. La ubicacion, si bien es cerca de la estacion Piazza Principe, no es muy bonita y menos por la noche.

There was a lot of noise late at night from people running around upstairs but that is not the hots fault.

Saknade en reception.

Tolle Lage, Nähe zum Flughafen und zur Stadt. Vieles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The hotel was excellent in all regards -- better than expected. And it was extremely close to the train station.

Great place and good location. Rooms superb and very clean.

Checking in was quick and easy.the staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing that i found annoying was that as i was trying to dry my hair, the dryer would shut off unexpectedly and or took several tomes and minutes to finishcdrying my hair.Breakfast was decent. Very clean and comfortable room.

Daglig städning, mycket bra, rent och snyggt på rummet. Det som drar ned betyget är avsaknaden av förvaringsmöjligheter, garderober och lådor för kläder samt avställningsytor i badrummet för necessär och badrumsartiklar. Läget är jättebra med närhet till tågstationen. Det tar 10-15 minuter att promenera till centrum och hamnen.

Arrival and check-in process was easy and time efficient. Peovided nice light breakfast. Easy check-out
