Clean room but not many amenities. The facilities looks dated except for the bathroom. The shower spilled much water on the floor due to short window. Paid for a breakfast but had to leave before 8 AM when the breakfast started.

Excellent location, very clean, and great service. They gave me all the information I needed to visit the Diego Maradona Stadium, and the best part was the hotel's little dog.

they gave me a new room with a huge stain on the carpet and called the room clean it was not acceptable and we left the hotel disgusting

The hotel was great. In a central location, but quite in the room. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff all so friendly and helpful. The room was a good size for the 4 of us too.

We had a delightful stay at Hotel Napoli Mia the staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel were beautiful and well kept with a peaceful, quaint and welcoming atmosphere. We would highly recommend them for a stay in Naples and would definitely stay again if we ever go back there.

This is a great place to stay and is centrally located making it very walkable. It was clean, the staff was nice and as a bonus, a cute dog is there to greet you! The set up is more B&B than hotel and we recommend it!

The proprietor and staff at the Hotel Napoli Mia were helpful and super friendly. The accomodations were very clean and comfortable. And the local restaurants served authentic pizza napolitana. Easily accessible to either Napoli Centrale train station and the port terminal for ferries to Capei and Sorrento

Super charming place in the middle of the center, walking distance to all sites one want to visit, eat, shopping etc.

This hotel has more of a bed and breakfast feel than a hotel. The staff was so kind, and they remembered my cappuccino order every morning! The location was perfect for us, and when we booked the room incorrectly, they quickly came up with another room. They were also kind enough to do my friend’s laundry for free. There is a hotel dog named Kira that is my new friend as well!

The owners are very generous and have drinks and snacks available all the time. This is a hidden gem in Naples. Gorgeous property in the heart of Naples. Better signage is needed. We had a hard time finding it on our first visit. Once you know where it is; no worries. Beautiful people own and work this place. Only place in our Italy venture where people were actually happy and smiled while at work! Book here. Bathroom was very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable They have wine waiting for the guests in the room and a mini bar full of beverages that are complimentary!!

This is a great option for those looking to visit Naples and experience the city. The hotel is very conveniently located and easy to find. You can walk most everywhere in Naples from the hotel. It provides nice amenities and a great breakfast. It’s a low-key hotel, and a perfect place to call home while visiting Naples.

dont let the entrance fool you. It is an old building but you will enjoy the amazing staff . I highly recommend it
