ドブロブニクの城壁内にあり立地もよく、施設もキレイでアメニティーも充実していました。 しかし、お湯のタンクが小さいのか、シャワーからすぐに冷水しか出なくなった点が残念でした。

The hotel is located right inside the old town and is just a short walk to the nearest exit at Pile Gate. Check-in is at another location but is close enough. The room is a bit small but is clean and well equipped with good quality amenities. Although breakfast was not included as an option, there is no shortage of restaurants nearby.

The staff was incredibly friendly and flexible when we ran into a small snag with our baggage. The room was clean, and centrally located just off of the main shopping strip. Lots of restaurants within immediate walking distance. We would stay again!

2 out of 3 days no hot water for showers..on hot days when showers are needed. Staff said they’d investigate and never followed up..then ghosted us…instead of owning the problem and making it right…or even apologizing.

Not often does a property exceed expectation--this one does. Simply an outstanding property, room/suite accommodations, and location. Situated in the absolute 'heart' of the historic sites - no need whatsoever for taxi/Uber/public transit, as every single attraction is within a very short walking distance. The mansions are everything advertised and more. Staff is wonderfully attentive and available. In our estimation, there is no finer hotel in the entire area. Highest recommendation - we'll definitely return.

The location was good, the lady at check in was nice, the place itself wasn’t the best, the bed was rock hard (could be great for some), the shower door leaks and the floor was flooded every shower and there is only minimal hot water.

La ubicación es buena y la habitación está bien, pero para hacer un hotel 4 estrellas esperaba algo mejor, no incluye la limpieza en la habitación, además de que se sale toda el agua de la ducha cuando uno se baña, no había forma que no se saliera pasamos los 4 días con toallas en el piso, escribí para que alguien fuera a limpiar el piso ya que era demasiado incómodo estar con el piso lleno de agua cada vez que nos bañábamos y me dijeron que no incluía la limpieza, tampoco hicieron nada para solucionar el problema. Consejo si vas a este hotel no lleves maleta grande son muchas escaleras para llegar a el hotel y para subir a la habitación si te toca la habitación 3.

Shower seemed to leak water onto the floor. Never had hot water in the shower in the morning.

Great location inside the walls. And conveniently close to Buza gate which is helpful if you’ve got bags to carry in. Super kind and responsive staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent emplacement. Chambre petite mais bien aménagée. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions de besoin pour notre séjour.

Great little place to stay. Had some issues with the hot water but it was resolved quickly enough. The location is perfect—stairs yes, but it is to be expected.

Phenomenal view of the old town. Walkable to all the restaurants, shops, and attractions in the old town.

Dubrovnick muy linda ciudad, el problema es llegar en vehículo, las vías tienen cámaras de velocidad en todas partes y velocidades muy distintas cada 300 a 500 metros, los parqueaderos son carísimos el hotel muy bueno, la ciudad hermosa. Pero no llegues en vehículo particular termina pagando más por las multas y parqueadero que por la renta y el hotel juntos. Mala experiencia en esta ciudad.

Inside the walls near the Buze (sp) gate. Be prepared to climb a zillion steps - standard procedure everywhere inside the walls. Staff was especially helpful with luggage transport to Buze gate at end of stay.
