新しくて、きれいで、駐車場無料。そして、朝食まで付きます。言うことなしなのですが、アメニティがシャンプーインボディソープのみでした。そして、もう少し。スタッフの方が、愛想よく対応してくれたら嬉しいです。

Chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Tout ce dont on a besoin est disponible dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner complet et personnel agréable. Je recommande !

Jederzeit wieder

Tolles Hotel für einen Aufenthalt im Europapark. Die Lage ist super zum Europa-Park, aber auch um mit dem Auto Colmar oder Freiburg zu erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das nette Personal. Leider hatten wir aber ein Zimmer direkt am Aufzug, weshalb es morgens vor unserer Tür und in unserem Zimmer ziemlich laut wurde. Die Zimmer sind scheinbar sehr hellhörig. Andererseits ist es auch eine Frage der Gäste, sich im Hotelflur eventuell leiser zu verhalten. Ansonsten war’s wirklich top

Sehr freundliches Personal. Parkplatz direkt vor Hotel. Zimmer sehr sauber.

Tudo muito limpo e organizado, cafe da manha bem bom, funcionarios atenciosos e prestativos. Faltam apenas mais cabides ou pecas para pendurar roupas, principalmente no banheiro. Tambem faz falta um frigobar. Mas, de resto, excelente opcao.

The place is great except the paid parking. The place is almost innthe middle of nowhere and they charge for parking. I am ok to pay for parking but it should be in the description of the property . The Musli Bircher dish was VERY VERY GOOD, I regret of not asking for their recipe.

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service! We had a great experience at the Holiday Inn, especially thanks to the amazing customer service. A big shoutout to Ms. Louis—she was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout our stay. Initially, we booked one room for two adults and our two teenagers, which came with one double bed and a sofa bed. The only issue? Our teens—a boy and a girl—don’t always get along (typical sibling stuff!), and one of them even volunteered to sleep on the floor to avoid conflict. When we mentioned this to Ms. Louis, she immediately looked into a solution for us. Despite it being a busy Saturday near Europa Park, she worked her magic and found us two rooms across from each other, each with twin beds for the kids. It only cost a little extra, and it was absolutely worth it. Her effort truly made a difference in our stay! The rooms were a good size, very clean, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The hotel overall was well-maintained and welcoming. As for a couple of suggestions: the AC could be stronger—it was a bit weak, though we still slept comfortably. Also, having a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room would be a nice touch, especially for late-night snackers like us. That said, we had no complaints at all. Thank you, Holiday Inn—we’ll definitely be back!

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten mal in diesem Hotel für einen Besuch im Europapark. Das Hotel ist sauber und ruhig. Das Frühstück ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Im Gesamten sehr zu empfehlen.

Unsere ersten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen Der Check in war schnell und freundlich. Unsere Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir fanden es toll, dass man zwischen zwei Härtegraden bei den Kissen wählen konnte. Wir hatten unsere Zimmer zum Parkplatz und Richtung Autobahn aber die Fenster sind super gedämmt und man hat überhaupt nichts gehört. Insgesamt war das Hotel recht ruhig. Besonders gut haben uns die tollen Pflegeprodukte im Bad gefallen. Vom Shampoo über Handseife bis Duschgel war alles sehr gut. Dass Frühstück war völliger ausreichend und lecker und hier wird bestimmt jeder fündig. Zum Europa Park sind es mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten und der (öffentliche) Bus zum Parkeingang fährt direkt vor dem Hotel ab und auch die Zeiten sind so getaktet das man passend zur Parköffnung da ist. Heimwärts läuft man vom Bahnhof keine 10 Minuten bis zum Hotel. Einziger negativer Punkt meiner Meinung nach: ein Parkplatz vor dem Hotels kostet 8 Euro pro Nacht. Das können die umliegenden Hotels besser. Man kann ja den Parkplatz gegen Fremdparker durch die Schranke schützen aber als Gast macht der Preisunterschied zu den Nachbarhotels dann vielleicht den Unterschied.
