日本人にも適した宿泊施設でした。施設は非常に清潔です。ロケーションも良いです。施設への入口もオートロックがあるので安心感がありました。 設備についても、乾燥機能付きの洗濯機が２台あり、洗剤も置かれていたので簡単に洗濯できます。 各部屋毎にはIHヒーターやフライパンや食器もあるので、自炊も可能です。 ハウスキーピングの方が、ゴミをほぼ毎日回収してくれます。シーツやバスタオルは週一の交換でした。

Great location and nice facility. Slightly grubby floors round the edges and the safe didn’t work. The washing machines had big loads on that took hours - so it was hard to get access.

Great property, great location! I know some people complain about the train noise, but there’s a door you can close for sound and I sleep with white noise so it was no bother at all. The curtain is essentially blackout which was awesome! Loved having a kitchenette and a washer and dryer onsite. Communicating the time of the early checkin I paid for could have been cleaner but everything else was smooth and easy! Would absolutely stay here again.

Having read some negative reviews, I was slightly worried about door codes, broken blinds, etc. However, it couldn't have been easier than the codes delivered promptly, clear directions, lift up, easy access to the room and everything I could need for a short stay whilst my husband was in the hospital. The air conditioning was lovely on such a hot day. The location was excellent. Would stay again!

This is an absolute hidden gem, it has everything you want and more. Definitely staying here again so glad I found this place for our trip to London.!

Really happy with the room for the price paid. Not huge, but perfectly adequate for getting a good night's sleep and the black out blind was great for keeping out the early morning sun.

So thankful for the AC during heatwave - room was bliss compared to outside. Room was clean and in a great central location

Check in was messy and don’t get the email to auto check in. The hotel is basically a load of containers screwed together…room had hairs on kitchen tops and bathroom so not cleaned properly. The trains that pass behind the place physically shake the containers!! Absolutely NOT worth the price to stay here.

Overall, very good location and value. The room is clean and modern with microwave, utensils , refrigerator and even a dishwasher. Even though the room is next to the train tracks, we barely hear anything.

Awful experience here. No check in information receive and had to spend hours on chat to hotels.com to finally get a random WhatsApp message with information at 9pm. Did not feel safe (they mentioned the name was different on the booking, so half expected someone else to arrive at the room) and the train noise is horrendous. Room was modern ish and clean enough but nothing is worth that mess of a check in experience and feeling like you’re sleeping on a train track. Avoid!

Overall I enjoyed my stay and thought the bed was very comfortable. Also enjoyed having the kitchenette. Great location on a cute street. I could see how noise sensitive people might find the noise from the trains difficult when sleeping, but it didn’t bother me. Overall a great stay

Everything was great. Easy check in. Lot's of cafés etc...close by. Only feedback is you can hear above ground train squealing by but not a deal breaker. For the price I would return again. AC and shower pressire amazing.

Management needs serious work. Before checkin, I was told I could deposit my luggage. At checkin, I was told this was not the case. The back and forth calls to figure out why this misinformation was given to me resulted in the hotel realizing their error, attempting a fix, but still me missing an event I paid for. Late at night when I came back to enter my room, the code I was given did not work. My phone was almost out of batteries, and had it actually gone out of battery or if I did not previously get the wifi information from the nearby cafe which was not closed, I would not have been able to call to get a new code and have been locked out in the dark without any of my stuff. It is unacceptable for mistakes of this caliber to be made in the hospitality industry.

Great place, location, amenities - except it’s soooo loud due to the trains! Thankfully I had ear plugs with me but consider the noise before booking

Check in states you will get the codes sent to you between 12-4pm so we waited around the hotel so we could drop our bags off. Gone 4pm and nothing so called and the codes were sent just after 4pm. Annoying as other correspondence was received before and after our stay and it meant we lost precious time exploring London. The bed was comfy but the blind in our room was broken so the room became very light just after 4:30am. The noise from Waterloo was minimal when the internal door was shut. Overall I think we may have gotten unlucky and I would be willing to try a stay again.
