old and not a nice decor

the room was clean and big but in my opinion dated it had a full size refrigerator which we weren't expecting. They did a nice job on the remodel or the bathroom unfortunately the room had a musty smell like it smelled like sewer or someone left a bunch of wet laundry around so we had to go to the market and purchase air freshener. Because of this we didn't spend much time here.

The bushes in the car park (near room number 32) need triming as scratched my 4wd. Not good to open doors in 4wd into bush as well.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Wanted to ensure my stay was satisfactory. Helpful with questions I asked and nothing was a bother. Accommodation itself was neat and clean. Everything worked in the rooms which is quite a bonus these days. The Thai restaurant on site served the most amazing dishes.

The room was comfortable and tidy, however the wi-fi was poor/non existent, asked the front desk what could be done they basically said nothing except that they'd contact the IT team, but nothing was done or communicated to us which was disappointing.

Great little find. Great service and room was clean and spacious. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The Thai restaurant on site was absolutely amazing, would recommend.

Séjour d'une nuit dans un appartement d'une propreté irréprochable avec 4 lits dans la même pièce. L'appartement est meublé de façon très simple mais il y a tous qu'on désire avoir pour passer une nuit simple donc il était parfait

We had booked to stay at a place that looked nice based on the pictures. When we first arrived, we were given a completely disappointing room that was dirty and nothing like the photos. When we complained to the staff, they tried to claim that this was what we had booked, and we argued that they were being misleading. They finally agreed to let us switch rooms, but only the day after. This experience completely ruined our overseas trip to Brisbane. I DO NOT recommend staying here if you are looking to have a pleasant experience in a beautiful city.

Was a lovely long weekend. Loved the Thai restaurant at the property. Loved that shops were nice and close.

The staff were nice, easy parking, clean rooms and the showers were very good.

What didn't i like: rude staff asking me for my license considering my information is in the computer and a credit card which ive stayed nurmourous times I'm not sure if management has changed hands but I'm not impressed, noisy neighbours in other rooms which kept me awake considering i had to get up early to leave, all the walls have dirty hand marks on 2 walls near the beds which is really disappointing considering i paid 180 for the room, not that i told them the top of the cook top needs to be replaced and upgraded which i didnt say anything as i left to early to inform the management, light inside the fridge worked some of the time and turned off and onky 1 bedside on one side of the bed? Hie does that work why not 2 one on each side. I havnt stayed since last year which i had no real problems only communication via whats app was lacking nothing like now. Would i stay again I'm not sure to be honest
