二度目のリヨンでしたが、今回はオペラ座に行きたくて近くに泊まりました。スタッフの対応も気持ちよく、設備も快適でした。レストランも近くにたくさんあり便利です。

従来のホテルにあるムダ感を無くして簡素なものにした点は評価できる。ただし、ベッド台の角がとがっているなど、生活体験の少ない人のインテリアデザインのように思える。

Quite simply said - do not book this property. The rooms are ridiculously small and expensive. We booked the signature room which is the biggest and still it was like a shoebox. For one person is fine, but definitely not 2 people. Terrible service. I asked for an extra duvet a week before check in, but there was nothing there. Asked the reception 3 times, it never got there. The cleaning staff left a used cleaning towel next to the sink.. Not sure if they actually cleaned the room. Terrible terrible hotel.

The bedroom is small but well appointed. I loved the form mattress and got a good night’s sleep. The ambiance is tranquil and the reception smelled great. Best of all was Kareem whose welcome and help made the stay so pleasant. When we found that our room was just beneath the rooftop bar and subject to late night noise, Kareem immediately changed our room with no fuss. We never made it to the rooftop bar and the many bad reviews it gets made it no big deal. I bet the hotel would get way better ratings if it could remedy the poor service reported.

Im Stadtzentrum gelegen mit super Anbindung an Metro. Parkplatz für Motorrad vor der Haustür. Für Auto ev. kompliziert, da in einer Umweltzone.Lyon ist eine Reise Wert.

Property was clean, modern, and staff spoke perfect English. Convenient to the metro, and centrally located for a very reasonable price, we really enjoyed our stay here and would come again!

Great stay that over delivered for the price. Location was amazing and right next to metro station. Great shower, comfortable bed, coffee and water complimentary, extremely friendly staff, and a roof deck with a view. 100% stay here and dont look elsewhere.

Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pieds. Proximité des restaurants et des lieux à visiter. Service et accueil impeccable. Petites attentions de qualité. Belles chambres, bon entretien, fonctionnelles! Nous conseillons à tous et espérons retourner. Super terrasse sur le toit également. Seul commentaire à considérer pour amélioration, l’écoulement de la douche était loin d’être optimal pour notre chambre.

nice room --very small but all amenities and way its designed was very cozy, good staff. hard to access via car must park in public lot a block away for 7 euros was surprised how cheap....

Excellent séjour, tout était parfait. Il y a vraiment un détail particulier à mentionner. C'est l'extrême professionnalisme de l'équipe d'accueil de jour comme de nuit. Toujours un "bonjour", toujours un mot sympathique envers le client. Bravo!!!!

Very convenient location. Room was spacious and very clean. Would've liked a small fridge to cool drink. Unfortunately the rooftop restaurant and bar wasn't open during my stay even though it was advertised to be- this was very disappointing. Useful baggage store.

Ich kann nicht sagen, wie viele Zimmer es betrifft, aber Zimmer 50 kann ich nicht empfehlen. Das Zimmer ist praktisch fensterlos mit einem Mini-Dachfenster in einer Ecke.

This was a great hotel to stay in for our quick trip to Lyon. It is a great location that is walkable to lots of sitesa and shopping. It is in an area with a lot of one way streets and pedestrian only roads so it was very difficult for the Uber to get to the hotel. If possible easy drop of point was only 2 blocks away. Front desk staff were very friendly

Nous sommes venus une nuit dans cet hôtel pour un moment à deux. Nous avons été tres bien accueillis par Alexandre et l'hôtel était vraiment super. Le petit dej sur le rooftop était extra. Et le service irréprochable. Merci
