スタッフの方も親切でした。お部屋もきれいで、快適に過ごせました。 お部屋においてあると水も、朝食もおいしかったです。

二度目のリヨンでしたが、今回はオペラ座に行きたくて近くに泊まりました。スタッフの対応も気持ちよく、設備も快適でした。レストランも近くにたくさんあり便利です。

従来のホテルにあるムダ感を無くして簡素なものにした点は評価できる。ただし、ベッド台の角がとがっているなど、生活体験の少ない人のインテリアデザインのように思える。

I highly recommend this Hotel. It is very well located and the rooms are very comfortable. If you go in Summer time like us, it is very gratifying to have a good air conditioning in your room. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very respectful and helpful. When I go back to Lyon, I will definitely go back to this very good hotel!

Hotel super bem localizado, moderno, com um rooftof com uma linda vista. Aptos com cafeteira, porém não tem frigobar. E alguns aptos não possuem iluminação natural. Nota dez para o atendimento.

Excellent hotel, great location, clean rooms, great staff

The hotel is a great finding in Lyon. The location is perfect, the hotel is super cute, the staff is lovely. Karine, who works at the reception, is super nice and kind, he elevated our experience at the hotel. the room was super comfortable with a working AC, which is fundamental these days. Totally recommend this hotel.

The location was amazing, the room was clean, and the staff were nice. The rooftop bar was also good.

Hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The aircon was good and we had control in the room. This was important because this was in the middle of historic heatwave. Location is perfect in the middle of the action.

The only downside is that there shower in the bathroom is not separated from the rest of the bathroom. When you shower the water a spill all over the bathroom floor.

Très bel hotel et excellent accueil. Veritable machine à expresso dans les chambres. Juste in bemol sur l'insorisation de notre chambre au 1er qui donne sur le hall. Je pense que l'insonorisation de la porte devrait être travaillée pour eviter d'entendre les bruits du hall.

Alexander the hotel manager was superb! Provided information and recommendations for Lyon. The breakfast at the hotel was not that inviting so we ate out at breakfast places which were 5-10min walk. Merci.

Great staff at reception and breakfast, the rooftop breakfast is great. Rooms are clean and spacious. Only downside is a bit style over substance eg the bath looks great but it’s impractical and a walk in shower would be much easier. And no refrigerator at all.

Central location minutes from many restaurants. Good comfortable bed. There was a massive lamp over our bed which was a great feature but didn't work so didn't understand the purpose. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a very unattractive stain on the floor. There were inconsistencies with the staff helpfulness. I had asked the woman cleaning our room to leave an extra towel which she forgot to do. When I got back to the hotel and realised there wasn't a towel I called reception and was told to come down and get it. Whereas the night we checked in the staff on duty were delivering items to guests. The bar was a nice touch a bit on the expensive side bit views were great. Summary good, clean hotel that is centrally located and you can get around the city very easily from here.
