This hotel was terrible. Because of running out of water supply, they promised to give us refund, but they never did. We called them and emailed them, but they ignored. Even if water was stopped running, they didn’t help us to find another hotel we could stay. We had to look for a hotel after 9pm and we even weren’t familiar with the place because we just arrived. The hotel stuff was helpless and they didn’t offer us anything. I don’t recommend to stay this hotel because of their service.

Desatentis, los tendidos de cama sucios, la alimentación costosa y no es la mejor , los precios muy altos con expedia y la facturación electrónica un valor diferente al que pagué, eso para mirarlo con la Dian. Luces del pasillo donde estaba dañado, No vuelvo a ir.

Es más como un hostal para extranjeros. Las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear, tienen lo super básico, no hay aire acondicionado ni tv.

This hotel has a lot of potential but lacking in a few key areas. First the positive. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was excellent! No AC but wasn’t necessary, however no fan and that is sometimes necessary on warmer days. The prices for their beverages are outrageous and not even particularly cold. The reception was very friendly but the ARMED security guard harrassed me because the staff had not given me a wristband, something I did not see on other guests. I was wearing my American flag hat so maybe he was part of the “harrass the gringos” club encouraged by their new socialist, Maduro and China friendly, President? Most Colombians despise him and he will be gone in the next election unless he cheats like Maduro which is certainly possible. Overall I still give this hotel 4/5 stars because MOST of the staff were very friendly and welcoming . Replace the security guard and put fans in the rooms and I would give it 5/5 stars.

Staff was very rude. I forgot my passport but had a photo of my ID page on my phone which of course matches me. The staff demanded my physical passport, wanting to examine the stamped pages, and would not let me check in. My visas are none of their business. They would not respond when I asked for a refund since they would not allow me to check in, so I had to dispute the charge on my credit card since the room was paid in advance. I had to find different accommodations. Never again.

Great place, had an issue with my room and they solve it right away. Thanks guys. Would definitely stay again.

On our second day, we came back to the hotel only to find ROACHES crawling around the room. Easily, we counted about 10 between the ones we spotted and those we could kill. This all happened during the night; so when we went to the reception, they said we had to wait until the maintenance/room service morning shift came so they could clean. The problem is that they had already done the room cleaning service that very day. On another note, the room only has 1 window that faces THE FLOOR'S HALL. There's no other window.

It’s a place very beautiful and safe for get out and walk, the zone ITS AMAZING

Very nice hostel, well located, spacious kitchen, friendly and helpful staff. The Wifi isn’t working that well in all the rooms though and I could hear the music from the bar even on the sixth floor. Overall, I was pleasantly satisfied with my stay there.

El personal de la recepción (Santiago) es muy amable y la mayoría son muy atentos a ayudar, hay una barberia y otras amenidades que evitan el tener que salir a buscarlas, las actividades sociales (Welcome drink, Pub Crawl) son buenísimas y crean contacto y amistad rn los huéspedes, un punto a mejorar es que el edificio no cuenta con insonorización y al estar tan cerca de Provenza, el ruido es demasiado para poder dormir bien.

Excelente ubicación.

Me encantó el lugar súper limpio! El personal lindo y atento en todo momento :) sin duda volvería a hospedarme en selina! Solamente lo que se tardaba demasiado era el elevador por que solo funcionaba uno tuvimos mala suerte con eso, pero todo lo demás excelente!

Todo está increíble, ubicación, personal, estancia. Lo único que no me gustó es el horario de cafetería, cierra a las 6:00 pm y me parece muy temprano, incluso cuando uno quiere cenar o un aperitivo ya no hay servicio. Pero de ahí en más todo muy bien, si volvería a hospedarme en un Selina está es la segunda ocasión.

Disculpe, pero realmente no fue lo que esperaba.
