子供用プールを使えたのはとてもよかったです。 部屋も古さは感じられるものの綺麗に掃除され、冷蔵庫、レンジ、エアコンや金庫があり便利でした。ドライアーがあればもっとよかったです。 チェックイン後、部屋に入れる15:00までの時間をプールや海でつぶす場合に着替える場所や、タオルのレンタルがないことが残念でした。

The room it’s wasn’t clean at all they just left 2 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for a condo of 8 people you have to pay extra for clean towels the kitchen looks to old for what you pay

Instalaciones adecuadas, servicios con costo adicional no ne gusto sin posibilidad de cancelar o modificar, problemas de agua en taza de baño que no pudieron resolver y no hicieron algún descuento ya que estuve 4 días y 2 días tuve q estar usando la taza de baño y bajarle con bote de agua, cobran la limpieza adicional y no limpian hasta q te vas situación que es ilógico ya que debieran limpiar cuando sales de la habitación como todos los hoteles, y debieran bajar la tarifa cuando hay zarpado porque no se puede usar playa

Te cobran un precio y después 3 días antes te están pidiendo otro pago extra 1 por limpieza y otro de fondo

Excelente atención!! Lo único que podrían mejorar son las condiciones de la habitación, se ve un poco deterioradas, pero lo que si estuvo muy limpio.

We really enjoyed staying in the Condo that was part of a resort. I feel like we got the best of both worlds. We had the space of a condo (including a separate sleeping area/bedroom, living space, dining table and kitchenette) with some of the perks of a resort (you can pay a daily resort fee and have some of the advantages of being at a resort) - like access to the property’s pools - and most importantly access to the beautiful beach right on the Caribbean! I don’t think all rooms feature this, but our room happened to have a terrace with a hot tub and 2 lounge chairs for getting some extra sun. The property is also very conveniently located to a shopping area that is just across the street which has restaurants to accomodate a variety of tastes and budgets, as well as a wide range of stores to shop at. Our hosts were quick to respond with any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay at the Condo!

No fan in bathroom. You can not control the temperature in bedroom when it’s too cold.

The whole property was beautiful except the room that we stayed at ,the owner is using expedia to get customers.And not taking care of the apartment properly. A lot of stuff broken in the rooms and not cared for.

El departamento en general está excelente, la decoración, las camas y almohadas super cómodas, utilicé la cocina para preparar desayuno y cuenta con los utensilios necesarios para preparar, los anfitriones super amables , atendieron en todo momento cualquier duda que tuviera , todo nos encantó a mis hijos y a mi , sin duda volveríamos!

El personal muy amable

La habitación comoda, práctica y con lo necesario para tener una estacia familiar agradable, a nuestra familia nos gustó mucho la tranquilidad del condominio. Los anfitriones atentos y en comunicación constante.

Over all great experience. As we did not get all inclusive for this condo in the resort, it’s definitely worth it if you’re going to Cancun to explore and do activities and not stay at the resort 24/7. Spacious room and very clean.
