Very comfortable room. Hotel reception and dining staff mainly pretty good. The driving service people at the hotel were awful. Every time we left the hotel to take an autorickshaw the mansger was harassing is to use a car or his autorickshaw. We got our own. However the hotel car that collected us and took.us to the station was very helpful. We hsd upset tummies whilst in Jaipur so we didn't eat much. But what we had was good. But beware the spaghetti bolognase is actually very spicy and l couldn't eat it! A good hotel and only a short distance from the pink city by autorickshaw. I enjoĺ

Hotel stellt sich auf den Fotos viel modernerer dar, als es ist. Die Möbel sind alt und nicht gepflegt, das Zimmer war sehr klein. Wir hatten zwei große Koffer und es gab nicht genug Platz, um beide zu öffnen. Der Service ist stets bemüht. Das Frühstücksbuffet eignet sich super, um sich Magenverstimmungen einzuholen, da zwischendrin überhaupt nicht sauber gemacht wird. Würde jedem abraten, dort zu essen oder dort zu übernachten. Es gibt so viel bessere Hotels in Jaipur, such dir ein anderes aus. Zudem hat der Wäscheservice des Hotels (der auch noch sehr teuer war) mit dem Bügeleisen Brandspuren fabriziert, sodass einige Shirts nicht mehr tragbar sind. Keine Empfehlung.

The meal was excellent, but the service might be improved, since we frequently had to remind staffs of prior room service obligations, other than that the experience was good.

Overall nice and helpful staff. Restaurant in the morn was packed for breakfast so had to wait for a table and also the service in the restaurant was slow.

Staff is very unprofessional, especially the security. They Don’t respect the personal space of their guests.

Staff were all great. Looked after us well when we had a nasty case of 'Delhi belly'.

Our room and bathroom needed attention. Overall it was okay. Our room was overlooking a cricket ground and marriage palace and it was noisy until 11pm. However all things considered it’s close to pink city and we stayed for two nights and it was fine. The restaurant is small for number of guests staying at the weekend. Restaurant staff excellent. Service was great.

Internet speed was 1Mbps. Supremely slow. There is only one thing worse than no internet, slow internet. I have stayed at other Fern properties but it's not this bad. Overall, great beds, breakfast, and great staff. My only problem was slow internet.

Vi havde booket et værelse til 3 voksne, men der var kun plads til to. Efter noget besvær, fik vi tilbudt et 0,2 m2 større værelse, men tydeligt var der heller ikke plads til tre. Med god service og hjælp fra hotels.com, fik vi et værelse hvor vi kunne være. Hotellet krævede dog stadig penge for det. Morgenmaden var meget indisk og ikke Continental som beskrevet. Der var heller ingen bar som beskrevet, så det er ikke mulighed for at købe øl eller vin. Fint pool område, men 3 liggestole er ikke nok til et stort hotel.
