総合評価とレビュー Santa's Hotel Rakka

極北のホテルはあちこち何度か宿泊していていますが、いつもホテルとは名ばかりの山小屋みたいな施設もあったりして、今回はどうかなぁ〜と思いながらの到着でした。予想を裏切る素敵なお部屋、清潔なリネン類など素晴らしかったです。また来年も来たいなぁと思いました。ワンちゃんも可愛かったです。

Hotellihuone siistikuntoinen ja näkymät koko seinän ikkunasta täydelliset. Ranvintolan ruoat hyviä ja palvelu nopeaa

Looks like everybody expect the customers knows that there is water shortage during high season in this hotel. So you should avoid this hotel during eastern and Pilkki time. We stayed in superior extra room in uppstairs, but neither the toilet or shower didn't work during our stay during entire evening. Not a plesant feeling to return to hotel after a ski tour, Had to use the hotel restaurants toilets and bide showers donwnstairs... where the water pressure was enough. The hotel is situated highest in the elevation on the village so the water pressure is not enough. How ever no warnings for that anywhere even tough it seemed no new news for the staff working there. So if you think shared bathroom experience in the hotel for the price >200€ is ok, stay there, Just wondering what would have been happened during fire alarm. Also the maintenance of the parking was horrible, Cars got stuck in slushy snow due to lack on snow rermowal. Sad to see beautiful and potentially good hotel working like hotel you exped to find in third world countries. Ei näin suomi...

Hyvä palvelu ja sopivasti joustoa varauksen kanssa.Huone erittäin siisti kauniisti avautuvilla maisemilla.

Ut på ettermiddagen ble det tomt for vann på hele hotellet og alle hyttene. Umulig å kunne ta badstue å dusje seg etter kl 16. I tillegg var det kaldt på hyttene.

Veldig fin hytte og god plass. Veldig greit med mye kjøkken utstyr på hytten, nytt kjøleskap og plass for en fin tur, nært alt i område og lett å finne frem

The view was awesome, but the staff was better. One of my first experiences in the snow and it was unforgettable. Perfect view of the snowfall from a full window wall. The forest looked like a winter wonderland. Best part i was able view the Borealis lights from my room! No need to venture out. Oh yes, the room was clean and beautiful. Breakfast is included! Do have a couple restaurants down the hill.

Sehr schoenes und modernes Hotel in Kilpisjärvi. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhaeltnis. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Overall I liked this one. Rooms were nicely decorated with big windows towards the mountain, location is very convenient in relation to services at Kilpisjärvi and staff friendly. Beds were comfortable, though my personal preference would be a down pillow + I wouldn't mind a bit higher quality rain shower head... both relatively minor things. Also liked the breakfast in general, though was fairly standard good quality 4-star hotel type. Therefore perhaps specialty coffee options and some additions / finishing touches could elevate the experience a bit further.

Almost in the middle of nowhere and I loved it. Beautiful modern place. Great staff and fantastic breakfast.

Hotelli huone siisti ja hyvin sisustettu. Yleiset tilat myös siistit ja sisustuksessa hyvin huomioitu luonto. Ruoka oli hyvää ja aamupalat runsaat. Miinusta oli huonot tyynyt sängyssä ja se ettei saatavilla ollut lisä tyynyjä.

Hotelli on uudehko ja kaiken puolin siistissä kunnossa,huoneet ovat kauniisti sisustettu. Sänky on hyvä nukkua. Kauniit näkymät erämaahan. Aamiainen oli riittävän laaja moneen makuun myös lohta oli saatavilla. Hotellin takana oleva alue jossa on työntekijöiden parakit tarvitsisi maisemointia että sulautuisi paremmin miljööseen.

Flott hotell, grei restaurant. Svak frokost trekker ned på helheten.

Aivan loistava majoitus,suosittelen. Mukava huone saunalla.

Erittäin mukava ja hyvä vastaanotto receptionissa. Yövyin 2 yötä saunallisessa huoneessa. Huoneessa ilmalämpöpumppu, joten pystyi itse säätelemään huoneen lämpötilaa. Receptionista sai hyviä vaellusvinkkejä ja ravintolan ruoat erinomaisen maukkaita. Harmillista, että ravintolassa oli paljon kärpäsiä. Jätteiden lajittelua olisin toivonut hotelliin.

Ihana hotelli Saanan juurella. Vastaanottovirkailija antoi erinomaisia vinkkejä Norjan matkaa varten. Hyvä aamupala. Ainut miinus tulee liian pienestä tyynystä, joka oli mitoiltaan sohvatyynyn kokoinen.
