清潔さ、スタッフの親切さ、立地、宿泊費など全てが完璧でした！ 地下鉄やバス停、観光地自体も近いので、バルセロナの色んなところを巡りたい人におすすめのホテルです。 また、色んなレストランも近くにあり、食事を楽しみたい方にもおすすめです。 初めてバルセロナを訪れた日本人でも安心して泊まれました。ありがとうございました！

部屋は小さいけど清潔でした。 共有のバスルームについて少し心配でしたが、使いたい時にだれかとかぶることは一切なく常に清掃が行き届いており快適でした。 お湯も熱いくらい出ましたしシャワーはハンドシャワーで水圧も申し分ありませんでした。 一点、ビルが突然停電となってしまい途方に暮れる一幕がありました。 スタッフの方もすごく焦ってました。 幸い3時間程度で復旧しましたが英語が話せるスタッフが常駐してないので、なかなか状況が確認できませんでした。 そのため停電の原因は不明です。

入り方がわかりづらかったが、中はとても良い施設でした。

スタッフはスペイン語しか通じません。 カードの磁気が使えなくなり、毎度パスワードでスタッフに部屋を開けてもらうはめになりました。

鍵がカードですので出入りがしやすい。

Clean rooms, nice bathroom(in the triple room), staff very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Situated over busy street, but lots of shops within 1-10 min depending on what you want to eat/drink. Definitely recommend for young travelers and retirees on tight budget.

Clean property in a great neighborhood! Close to the metro station with lots of food and shopping choices right there.

Perdi mi vuelo a Paris gracias a que el hombre que trabajo el dia 30 de mayo en la tarde NO ESTABA EN LA PROPIEDAD para abrir la puerta y estuve tocando el timbre por 40 minutos hasta que el hombre llego corriendo todo sudado para abrir y asi poder sacar mis maletas y llegar tarde al aeropuerto y perder mi vuelo a Paris. Gracias

Location was excellent, walkable to Plaça de Espanya and Montjuic areas. All staff were super friendly. The triple room, however, was pretty small and the walls are very thin - you can hear people from the room beside. Bathroom was nice and modern, but lacked hangers and hand soap.

Negative: Noisy. You can hear conversations from the next room. You can hear the plumbing when it's being flushed and when furniture is being moved. Positive: Good location, close to the Poble Sec metro station and cafes. Very friendly staff, clean place. Comfortable room and a common area where you can make tea and coffee.

Stanza pulita, personale gentile. Il letto era molto comodo, peccato fosse un pochino piccola la camera. Tutto sommato siamo state bene e il posto è strategico.

I stayed 2 nights, very clean, quiet, good location. It was close to the metro and bus stops, comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Not good: The trio room is very small. The walls are paper thin we can hear clearly the next room and upstairs people walking and talking. Almost no counter space. Bathroom has no hooks to hang clothes. Towels and linens are old. Good: Receptionists are friendly. Lobby has good tea bags, hot water kettle and coffee powder. Location is good. Walkable to city center and close to metro station.

The hotel room was very clean, no smell, and the surrounding area was also very clean. The staff were very friendly, and I was generally satisfied. The only minor drawback was that the room wasn't very soundproof, so it was easy to hear outside noises. However, for the price, I was very happy with the hotel. Thank you.
