Charming hotel perfectly located near major tourist spots and shopping. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Rooftop bar is fantastic with a stunning view of the Vatican. Would absolutely book here again!

very helpful staff that got us into a room early after our international red eye that arrived at 8 am. very convenient location, nice comfortable clean rooms! we loved our stay.

We have just checked out this hotel. We’ve booked a two bedroom “family room” which suit our needs perfectly. They are not big but are well appointed and clean. Showers work nicely. Ideal location away from busiest zones but walkable to everywhere. Decent breakfast and I see that the staff there works hard to serve guests well (although they do not smile or speak much, which may be the reason why some guests take it as a less pleasant experience). Plenty of fruits everyday! Small points but if (a) there are clocks inside the room/shower room (b) oat milk or soya milk are available that would be even better!

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits dans cet hôtel romain à la déco originale et raffinée formidablement situé à deux pas de La gare de Termini entre la fontaine de Trevi et l’église de la Trinité des Monts , à 50 m du Tritone du Bernin. Et pour parfaire le tout une terrasse arborée sur le toit avec vue sur le dôme de St Pierre ! Une adresse à recommander absolument. Le personnel est parfait.

Sitzgelegenheiten beim Frühstück, sind ausbaufähig. Außerdem zu wenig (mussten warten bis wer aufsteht). Personal ist sehr nett, durften sogar früher als geplant das Zimmer beziehen.

The room was very clean but also very small. Breakfast room was terribly small and tight, chairs and tables terribly uncomfortable to eat on.

On our first day, we had a hygiene issue with the room. Upon reporting it to reception, we were offered another room but at an additional cost of 50 Euros. After some negotiation, we got shifted to another room free of cost. This set the tone of our experience… The breakfast in this hotel is very limited and didn't meet our expectations. There was no signage on the dishes and options were limited. Breakfast ends at 10:30AM. Despite arriving at 10AM, the bread had finished and when asked whether it would be refilled they said that's all that's left - small bread bites. The breakfast room was very dull and limited in space. Overall, the location is great, walking distance to almost all attractions, public transport and supermarket is also nearby. The staff at this hotel was generally friendly and welcoming.

We are so happy we found Hotel Triviho! After a terrible experience at another hotel, the staff here welcomed us with such kindness. Even though it is a 3-star hotel, the service, cleanliness, and modern rooms felt more like 4 stars or higher. They even surprised us with a breakfast tray to make our stay easier – a very thoughtful gesture that we appreciated deeply. We felt safe, comfortable, and well-taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rome!

Great staff and location- lovely breakfast

Zeer vriendelijk personeel en mooie kamer! Wij sliepen vlakbij de ontbijtruimte, dus daar had je ‘s ochtends wel wat last van. Daarnaast werden we tegen 6 uur ook vaak gewekt door gestommel… geen idee van daar dit kwam. Het ontbijt was een eerder simpel, maar wel leuk dat de koffie bediend werd!
