海の目の前。最高な眺め。 朝食の品数が多く、どれも美味しい。

お部屋から朝食からスタッフの対応全て最高でした！ 子連れでも安心して連れて行けるホテルです。 またイビサに行く事があれば必ず利用します！ 朝食が本当に美味しい！

Bluetoothで接続できるスピーカーが部屋の天井に設備されています。BGMにこだわりたい方は重宝すると思います。

スタッフのみなさんも明るく丁寧で、部屋も広く清潔で非常に満足です。

接客、設備、食事まで文句なしでした。

お部屋は綺麗で最高でした。 まだ6月だったのでプールが温水だったら良かったです。 レストランも隙間風でとても寒かったけれど、ストーブを置いてくれたので有り難かったです。でも、足元の隙間風が寒かったので、足元のストーブがあるといいと思いました。

ロケーション、スタッフの優しさ、お部屋の居心地が最高でした。ただ、ホテルの前が工事しててバルコニーにでると工事の音がすごかった（部屋に入ると全く音がしません）。２泊しましたがアメニティーの補充が無かったです（問題は無いのですがちょっとだけ気になりました）。自分の性格としてはざっくばらんで最高の滞在ができました。また是非宿泊したいホテルです。

とても綺麗なホテルで、 スタッフの方も皆親切で快適でした！ 朝食も豊富で美味しかったです。 特に、沢山の種類のパンと、 別オーダーの卵料理が美味しかったです！ ホテルの目の前からフォルメンテーラ島行きのフェリーが出てるのも、 すごく便利で良かったです。 また泊まりたい！！

Excelente local, moderno, atendimento impecavel de todos recepcionistas, estacionamento ótimo com muita qualidade e rapidez. Roof top com ótimo restaurante, super legal, atendimento ótimo e preços sem exploração. Único defeito: não entendi a cama não ser de casal king, e sim duas camas juntas de baixa qualidade e muito desconfortáveis contrastando com as roupas de cama e banho de ótimas qualidades

Brilliant place to stay and reasonable priced. Check out the roof terrace in the day for sunbathing and restaurant for dinner. Would definitely re book

Really stylish hotel in a perfect beach front location, surrounded by a variety of bars and restaurants 10 min walk from Ibiza old town. Roof top pool and bar area was brilliant and had a real good vibe and view. Food and drink choices also top notch. All staff friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

The worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in. Our room had such a strong smell of mold and dampness that it gave us headaches, and we felt completely congested throughout the stay. The room was severely water-damaged, as the floor tiles all over the room sank when you walked on them. The room was unbearably humid – you couldn’t put on makeup inside because the mirrors fogged up, not to mention drying or styling your hair. The bathroom was full of black mold, and the so-called Balmain toiletries had been refilled with something entirely different. For example, the shampoo bottle was full of water mixed with some soap, and it was so diluted that it couldn’t actually wash anything. When booking, extra benefits were promised for Expedia Gold members, such as early/late check-in and room upgrades, but none of these were available. The restaurant food (upstairs) was really poor. And I will add picture about the furniture - tilted shelf didn't give 5 stars either

Great location, steps away from the beach. Very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and awesome rooftop bar/restaurant.

Muy confortable

As we are checking in the front desk lady gets our name wrong, then another front desk man gives us a bill (of another guest staying there) for us to sign and pay for. Our room was so basic and terrible. It was not how it was described to us on the website. The room service messed up our order and so our food came so late. Overall, I would NOT recommend this hotel. One of the worst experiences ever, we ended up cutting our stay short and check out the same day few hours later.
