Overall, the service was poor. One person in our group did not have air-conditioning in their room. The hotel couldn’t fix it immediately so they had to switch rooms, but they did not have a room in the same category. Rather than just give them the room, the same charge, the hotel up charge them for the new room. So they were faced with choosing between spending more money or having a room without air-conditioning. On the last day of our three day stay the hot water heater went out.

Our room main door was literally broken, our bathroom tubs were clogged plus door was unable to lock and our room was full of scratches. Not kids friendly No microwave in rooms

Loved the property for a relaxing getaway. The balcony views are fabulous and photo worthy. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the grounds are beautiful. Only cons.... walls are thin. Our next door neighbors were having a great time and we heard their laughter and conversations when they were at an elevated volume. And one of our other neighbors left their fur baby for a while and we heard the barking and whining waiting for his/her parents to return to the room. We also had key/door lock issues throughout our stay but the staff was always there to help us get into our room and try to get the locked fixed and replaced. For sure not deal breakers, but worth reviewing. We would stay here again in a minute and will hopefully be back again!

Very spacious and very clean room right on the beach. Too cool to enjoy the pools. Firepit tables were lit out by the bar for guests to stay warm while watching the sunset!!

We booked an oceanfront and were given a bay view it took an additional 2 hours to get our room ready after a 4:00pm check in

Overall the resort is amazing, from the cleanliness , service, the 5 pools. The sunsets were amazing from the beach bar. The burger bar in the main pool was very good. The main restaurant Mahina was mediocre at best. The Market place had very good coffee , breakfast items , delicious gelato and plenty of items to buy. The marina next to the market place has plenty of fishing boats from two conch charters. There is a beach area right by the main pool which is very nice. I definitely would recommend Isla Bella. It is a little pricey but amazing!

Beautiful resort. Such warm touch being greeted with champagne and a reusable water bottle. The room was very spacious and decorative beautifully. The Molton Brown products in the bayhrooom were top of the line and the view from our balcony was incredible

Isla Bella Beach Resort was wonderful and perfect in every way in celebration of our 45th Anniversary.
